Patents Assigned to Wada Seiko Kabushiki Kaisha (Wada Seiko Co., Ltd.)
  • Patent number: 4025135
Abstract: A bearing assembly is disclosed which includes a ball bearing, a cover secured to the outer race of the bearing, and a synthetic resin molded member formed on the cover by injection molding. • Patent number: 4025132
Abstract: A bearing unit which has a pair of cover members fixed to the outer race of a bearing to hold grease between the inner and outer races and to protect the bearing against dust. The cover members are formed with notches or holes in their peripheral wall for easy molding of a member such as a pulley on the outer race so as to be integral with the cover members and thus with the outer race.

  • Patent number: 3990136
Abstract: There is provided a method for producing revolving parts, such as sprockets, gears and pulleys, for light loads. A metallic annular member formed with notches in its inner periphery is mounted on a bearing. A boss is molded on each side of the annular member by use of a mold to secure the annular member to the outer race of the bearing. Engaging means formed in the outer periphery of the outer race of the bearing serve to make the annular member integral with the outer race.
