Abstract: A pet nail grinder is provided, including, a grinder housing having a first, working end, and a second, opposite end; a drive system located within the grinder housing; a grinding bit connected to the drive system and projecting from the first end; and a control button connected to the drive system and projecting from the second end so that the drive system is operable by facing the second end towards a surface and impacting the control button against the surface.
Abstract: A hair clipper attachment comb is provided for use with a powered hair clipper having a clipper bladeset including a stationary blade and a moving blade reciprocating laterally relative to the stationary blade. The attachment comb has a comb base having a rear edge in operational relationship with the stationary blade and an opposite front edge, the base defining a centerline extending between the rear edge and the front edge. A plurality of comb teeth are provided, each having a tooth base associated with the front edge and a tip opposite the tooth base. The teeth are arranged on the comb to have a nonuniform spacing between adjacent teeth relative to the centerline, such that the spacings of the teeth are bilaterally symmetrical about the centerline.

Abstract: A hair clipper bladeset includes a stationary blade having a front, stationary toothed edge and an opposite, stationary rear edge, the stationary blade defining a transverse track, a moving blade having a front, moving toothed edge and an opposite, moving rear edge, and a lower blade guide disposed between the moving blade and the stationary blade and configured for reciprocating in the track and maintaining lateral alignment of the moving blade relative to the stationary blade during lateral reciprocating movement of the moving blade. The moving blade has an engagement formation. An upper blade guide connects with the engagement formation for moving with the moving blade in the lateral reciprocating movement. A drive arm has a blade end operatively engaging the upper blade guide, and an opposite follower end configured for receiving a hair clipper drive element, the drive arm pivots about a drive post located on the stationary blade.
Abstract: A hair clipper is provided, including a chassis having upper and lower chassis portions defining an enclosed interior chamber, said upper and lower chassis portions configured for being secured together; and an outer housing including upper and lower housing portions constructed and arranged for enclosing the chassis as the housing portions are secured together such that the interior chamber is isolated from the housing.
