    Abstract: A system for mounting a plurality of wall panels is disclosed which incorporates a plurality of horizontal wall runners that have a plurality of holes along the length thereof in order to urge rainwater downward and onto the ground and also to dry out any water or moisture that may remain therebetween. The holes are formed at the lowest most portion of the trough in order to further urge the rainwater downward.
