  • Patent number: 12605518
Abstract: A gas passage for use in a PAP device configured to provide pressurized gas to a patient, including a passage casing with an air intake and an air outlet. The casing is configured to encompass and accommodate internal components and forms a chamber inside, where the chamber is configured to facilitate the flow and accumulation of gas. A blower is provided within the chamber to pressurize and output the gas. The internal components of the noise-reducing gas passage include noise reduction components configured to attenuate the noise of the gas entering the noise-reducing gas passage. These noise reduction components include a ventilation component, an intake pipe, and a flexible component at the air intake. Additionally, this disclosure specifies scientific and precise data requirements for the internal structure and positioning of the blower and noise-reducing components within the noise-reducing gas passage to achieve effective and excellent noise reduction.

  • Publication number: 20260027310
Abstract: A ventilation component for use in an anti-snoring device. The venetilation component is provided within a noise-reducing air passage of a machine for the treatment of respiratory-related disorders such as a PAP machine. The internal structure of the ventilation component is formed by baffles arranged at certain intervals. When the ventilation component operates, the gas that enters its interior flows through the gaps between the baffles, where the gas is divided and streamlined to achieve noise reduction. The ventilation component can adopt various structural forms and combinations to reduce noise. It also has the flexibility to alter its shape and structure based on the form of the noise-reducing air passage.

  • Publication number: 20260027312
Abstract: A noise-reducing gas passage device with a resonant chamber, including a casing with an air intake and air outlet, which forms the resonant chamber and other chambers other than the resonant chamber. The other chambers may consist of a single chamber or multiple chambers. The other chambers including multiple chambers have a first chamber and a second chamber. The resonant chamber serves as the primary noise-reducing structure within the gas passage device, configured to be a cavity formed by the interior space of the casing. The noise-reducing structure also includes a neck, configured to communicate the resonant chamber with the other chambers, facilitating the transmission of sound waves into the resonant chamber for energy conversion. By controlling the position of the resonant chamber and the parameters of both the resonant chamber and the neck, maximal noise reduction in the noise-reducing gas passage is achieved.

  • Publication number: 20260027311
Abstract: A device to provide positive airway pressure for use in pressure therapy to treat respiratory-related diseases. The device includes a casing configured to enclose and protect its internal components from external environmental interference. Inside the casing, a noise-reducing air passage is provided, which has an inlet, an outlet, an inner wall, and an outer wall, configured to receive external gas and allow pressurized gas to flow out. The noise-reducing air passage also houses a blower assembly, a core component of the device, configured to pressurize the breathable gas entering the noise-reducing air passage and then output it. Specifically, the blower assembly includes an impeller, a motor, and its internal gas channel. The blower assembly also has an intake port and an exhaust port.

  • Patent number: 12434025
Abstract: A respiratory device with a containment chamber, configured to deliver pressurized breathable gas to a patient's airway, including a blower configured to generate pressurized breathable gas, a gas passage with at least two chambers, and a casing that houses the gas passage. At least one of the at least two chambers is a containment chamber, the other chambers are at least one flow chamber. The containment chamber communicates with the at least one flow chamber through a neck. When the respiratory device is in use, the airflow substantially does not pass through the containment chamber; the neck is only configured to communicate with the chambers and allows minimal or no airflow through it. Noise enters the containment chamber through the neck and dissipates by resonating with the walls of the chambers, achieving maximal noise reduction for the respiratory device.

  • Patent number: 12403279
Abstract: A noise-reducing respiratory device configured to improve or treat respiratory system-related disorders such as sleep apnea. The device includes a noise-reducing gas passage located inside a casing of the device, and is connected to the casing. The casing of the respiratory device also has at least one air intake and at least one air outlet. The air intake is configured to receive breathable gas into the chambers of the noise-reducing gas passage. The air outlet is configured on one side to communicate with an outlet of the blower, and on the other side, it connects to a breathing hose. Additionally, electronic components and a soundproofing material are provided between the noise-reducing gas passage and the casing of the device. Furthermore, there is no foam present where the internal gas flows through the respiratory device.

  • Patent number: 12337108
Abstract: A noise-reducing air passage device and its components for use in ventilator systems, including a housing with at least one inlet, at least one outlet, an inner wall, and an outer wall. The space enclosed by the inner wall of the housing forms a gas passage including at least one chamber to provide a space for gas accumulation and flow. A blower, the core component to provide positive pressure gas to the device, is secured within one of the at least one chamber. The gas passage also includes a ventilation component to divide the gas and streamline turbulent airflow. The ventilation component is among the noise-reducing components, which also include a support component to provide support and damp vibrations for the blower and an inlet component provided at the inlet.
