Abstract: The invention relates to a press-in contact, a component assembly comprising at least one contact receptacle and a press-in contact, and a method for manufacturing a press-in contact, The method comprising producing a rough contour, in particular a punched contour, of a press-in contact, with a connecting body and two limbs which adjoin the latter and are arranged opposite each other, wherein the limbs have press-in regions and end regions which face away from the connecting body and have contact portions which face each other and are spaced apart from each other in a defined manner, and reshaping the limbs, comprising moving the end regions of the limbs toward each other by at least partial plastic deformation of at least one of the limbs, wherein the contact portions of the limbs touch in a defined manner at least in sections after being relieved of load.
Abstract: A filling head 10 is described for filling in a liquid into a filler neck of a tank 14. To ensure highly reliable operation, a rotary connecting element 26 is provided to form a mechanical connection by rotating in relation to the filler neck of the tank 14. A rotatable operating part 30 serves to rotate the rotary connecting element 26. The operating part 30 is coupled to the rotary connecting element 26 by means of a torque-limiting coupling device 32 that, given a threshold torque, is triggered at least in one direction of rotation and decouples the rotatable operating part 30 from the rotary connecting element 26. A sensor is provided to detect the triggering of the torque-limiting coupling device 32 and to send a release signal for the established connection.
Abstract: A housing (1) with at least one electrical connection (7) through a housing wall (4) can be manufactured especially economically and can facilitate an especially economical lacing of electronic components (2, 13) present on the interior and on the exterior of the housing (1). The electrical connection (7) is enclosed by a housing material and additionally sealed by a sealing material (6). The sealing material (6) also advantageously serves to seal a top (3) and a bottom (5) to the housing wall (4). Through the combination of the casing of the electrical connection (7) of the housing (1) and the sealing material (6), this arrangement is, moreover, especially impervious to oil or other aggressive media.
