The method comprises applying a copolymerized emulsion on an underside of the first ply, and using press rollers to press the first ply against the second ply to cause the copolymerized emulsion to fuse the first ply and the second ply.

    Abstract: A method of configuring tape for securement to a substrate. The tape has a face ply comprising an upper side and a lower side. The method comprises formulating a liner coating by: (a) creating a mixture comprising a non-toxic remoistenable adhesive and activated coconut carbon filtered water; and (b) adding gypsum to the mixture. The method comprises situating an adhesive on the lower side and covering the hot-melt adhesive on the lower side with the liner coating. The method includes using moisture to dispel the liner coating before the tape is applied to the substrate.

The label has a face stock comprising an upper side and a lower side. The dissolvable liner coating comprises each of a remoistenable adhesive, activated coconut carbon filtered water, and gypsum. The method includes situating an adhesive on the lower side. The method comprises covering the adhesive on the lower side with the dissolvable liner coating. The method includes printing indicia on the upper side while the dissolvable liner coating is covering the adhesive. The method comprises causing the dissolvable liner coating to come into contact with water to cause the dissolvable liner coating to dispel to thereby expose the adhesive. The face stock lower side is secured to the substrate via the exposed adhesive.

    Abstract: A method for making a dual temperature label having a face stock and a liner comprises using a first adhesive pattern applicator to apply a first adhesive to the line. The method includes transferring the first adhesive from the liner to the face stock via a first chill roller. A second adhesive pattern applicator is used to apply a second adhesive to the liner after the first adhesive has been transferred therefrom to the face stock. The face stock is brought in registry with the liner via a second chill roller to make the dual temperature label such that each of the first adhesive and the second adhesive is sandwiched between the face stock and the liner. The first adhesive is a hot temperature adhesive and the second adhesive is a cold temperature adhesive, or vice versa.

A first arm portion extends from the upper section in a first direction and a second arm portion extends from the lower section in a second direction. The first and second arm portions have first and second lateral ends, respectively, and the lateral ends each have a respective adhesive area. Removal of the wristband from the form exposes an area of the release liner which is devoid of any voids. The wristband is formed of a single-ply of water-resistant material.
