    Abstract: A device for use with fork-lift trucks or the like to provide tipping and side shift facilities for ancillary apparatus attached to the truck. The device includes first and second frames and a sub-frame with two operatively connected fluid-powered rams. There is one mounting point for an ancillary on the sub-frame and an alternative mounting point for an ancillary on the second frame, whereby an ancillary so mounted may be tipped and/or side shifted according to which ram is operated.
