Abstract: A system and method for determining insurance rates and loss costs for properties generally, and for physical structures specifically includes receiving a request for an inspection of real property, providing an interface configured to provide an inspector with one or more first prompts related to the inspection of real property, providing one or more second prompts in the interface as a result of received response to the one or more first prompts related to the inspection of real property, and generating an inspection report based on the received response to the first and second prompts.
