  • Patent number: 11608634
Abstract: A partition assembly includes partitions hingedly connected in series. The partitions include a frame with a spaced upright member, a mounting assembly, and upper and lower cross members connecting the upright members. One or both cross members include power and/or data ports. Panels disposed on either side of the frame are movable between upper and lower positions, providing access to the ports. Upper and lower hinge assemblies connect the partitions. The hinge assemblies include gear arms fixed to the upright members with gear heads extending away from the partition that engage the gear head of an adjacent partition. The upright members include aligned apertures defining ports providing a cable passageway from the interior of adjacent partitions. End foot assemblies extend from the ends of the partition assembly and interior foot assemblies extends from between the geared connections of the partitions.

  • Patent number: 8893628
Abstract: An ergonomic workstation (100) includes a plurality of lifting columns (106) that support a work surface assembly (120) including a lower support structure (121) that supports an upper work surface (131) suspended over the lower support structure and is configured to be movable between a retracted position and an extended position. A bifurcated dashboard assembly (123) includes a back portion (124) fixed to the support and a front portion fixed to the upper work surface. A monitor support structure (140) is fixed to the support structure, and includes a second lifting column (146) with a curved horizontal support (144) configured to support a plurality of monitors (90). The vertical position of the monitors is adjustable, but the horizontal position is fixed. The user focal length is adjustable by slidably adjusting the upper work surface.

  • Patent number: 8104410
Abstract: A desk having a reversible work platform. In one embodiment, the reversible work platform is attached to a frame assembly with a plurality of bushings and associated bolts, and can be reconfigured from a left-handed configuration to a right-handed configuration by removing the bushings and bolts from above the desk, flipping the reversible work platform, and reinstalling the bushings and bolts from above the desk. In one embodiment, an L-shaped desk is reconfigured by flipping the reversible work platform and rearranging the parts of the frame assembly. Leg assemblies of the frame assembly include height adjustment mechanisms, which are actuated by a hand crank to change the height of the reversible work platform.
