    Abstract: A messaging system allows people (senders) to send messages to others (recipients) whom they have seen, using only a description of the recipient and information about the time and place where they were seen. Typically, text and/or multimedia messages will be sent from the sender's mobile telephone to the mobile telephone of one or more potential recipients via a central message pushing system which identifies potential recipients using a dynamically updatable database of members details.
