Abstract: A system that includes a family of base bags that can accept customizable decorative and/or functional outer panels. Each outer panel may change the aesthetic and appearance of the base bag. The complete bag may comprise a base bag and one or more panels that are affixed to a portion of the outer surface of the base bag. The panels may have fastening elements that are positioned in the same locations, allowing the panel elements to be affixed to all of the different base bags individually. Each bag can be affixed with one or more panels depending on the style of bag. Each bag has fasteners that may mate with corresponding panel fasteners.
Abstract: A system for dispensing a substance comprises a compressible container for a stock of substance that is to be dispensed, which container has an outlet member for dispensing substance from the container, and a dispensing device for the metered dispensing of substance from the container. The device has a housing with a chamber for accommodating a compressible container, which chamber has a substantially vertically extending peripheral wall and an opening at the top side for placing the container in the chamber from above. Furthermore, the device has a counter-supporting member for the top side of the container, which counter-supporting member can be placed over the opening at the top side of the chamber after the container has been placed in the chamber. A displaceable pressure-exerting member, which extends as a base that can be moved up and down in the chamber and is designed to act on the container which has been placed in the chamber, is used to empty the container by the application of pressure.
Abstract: A system for dispensing a substance comprises an axially compressible container (2) for holding a stock of substance. The container has a tubular, dimensionally stable wall which, at one end has a dispensing part (6) with a dispensing passage (7) and at the other end has a closed end (10) which is integral with the wall. The system comprises a device (1) for the metered dispensing of the substance. The device comprises a support (3) with a retaining member (9) for the dispensing part of the container. The device comprises a pressured-exerting member (11) which can be displaced in the axial direction and has a pressure-exerting side (12) which is designed to act on the closed end of the container. The device has drive means for the pressure-exerting member. Substance is dispensed by axial compression of the container under the influence of axial displacement of the pressure-exerting member in the pressure direction.
