Data corresponding to physical and psychological characteristics of at least one patient is received. One or more risk factors are determined corresponding to one or more conditions based, at least in part, on the physical and psychological characteristics of the at least one patient. One or more wellness prescriptions are determined based, at least in part, on the one or more risk factors and the physical and psychological characteristics of the at least one patient.
