Abstract: A device for flat-rolling a ball of dough to obtain a sheet of dough which has substantially straight front and rear edges. The device includes a framework for rotatably supporting a pair of rolls through which the ball of dough is passed, the rolls being supported such that they may move towards and away from each other, a biasing means being present to press the rolls towards each other, the biasing means being including at least one pressurized fluid cylinder to which pressurized fluid is supplied in such a way that in case of varying resistance of the dough a virtually constant opposing force is exerted onto said dough.

Abstract: Device for transferring objects (4) one by one from a supply device (2) by which the objects (4) are irregularly delivered, to a take up device (3), said transferring device (2,21) comprising two conveyors (7,9,22,23) which can separately be driven and from which only the first one (7,22) extends itself till near the take up device (3), a first sensor (12) for giving a ready-to-take-up signal when the take up device (3) can take up an object; a second sensor (14) for giving a signal when an object (4) is present at the end (13,26) of the conveyor (7,22) positioned near the take up device (3), and a third sensor (16) positioned near the place (15,27) where the objects (4) are supplied to the transferring device (1,21).

Abstract: Device for transferring objects (12) as e.g. lumps of dough--from a supply device--to a take up conveyor (14) provided with take up members (15), the transferring device including an endless conveyor (1) and a sensor (18) near the discharge end (5) of this conveyor (1) to signalize an object (12) present near the discharge end, the discharge end (5) being positioned on a slide (6) which is movable in the same direction as the conveyor (1) and in opposite direction, the discharge end (5) being positioned above the take up conveyor (14) while this is moving in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the transfer conveyor (1), the sensor (18) for signalizing an object (12) being mounted to the slide (6) which is provided with a second sesnor (19) to signalize the spot of the take up conveyor (14) where an object (12) can be brought onto the conveyor.
