Abstract: To enable multiple message originators to share an SMS shortcode, a service provider that administers the shared shortcode determines which of the recipients of an outbound SMS message have subscribed to SMS services of the particular originator. Only messages to recipients that have specifically opted in to receive messages from the particular originator are sent by the service provider through an SMS gateway. To opt-in to SMS message services, a user sends an opt-in message to the service provider. The content of the opt-in message includes a code that uniquely identifies one of the plurality of originators.

Abstract: The invention provides systems and methods for automatically delivering a file from an originating computer system including a processor and memory to a destination computer system including a processor and memory. The method includes creating at least one master file delivery application and at least two file delivery agents running on the at least one originating computer system. A first file delivery agent of the at least two file delivery agents is controlled by a first master file delivery application of the at least one master file delivery application. A second file delivery agent of the at least two file delivery agents is run either by a second master file application. The method also includes dynamically balancing loads by the one master file delivery application, between the first file delivery agent controlled by the first master file delivery application and the second file delivery agent.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of processing a customer call is disclosed. The customer call may be initiated for an interactive voice response (IVR) type call system. One example method may include processing an interactive voice response (IVR) customer call. The method may include receiving customer call input to IVR call menu prompts, evaluating customer call interactions with the IVR call menu prompts, and calculating at least one usability score of the customer's interactions with the IVR call menu prompts. The method may also include displaying the results of the at least one usability scores on a user interface.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer readable medium comprising instructions for handling insufficient account balance of subscribers in a mobile communications network is disclosed. A request for communication is received from a mobile station. A determination is made as to whether a subscriber of the mobile station has an insufficient account balance. If the subscriber has an insufficient account balance, the request is withheld and the mobile station is notified by a short message.

Abstract: A method for treating an emergency service request message sent by a requesting station to an emergency service answering position; the method includes: (a) receiving the emergency service request message in a multi-media messaging service (MMS) format wherein the emergency service request message includes a requesting station address and a timestamp; (b) separating the text portions from the media portions in the emergency service request message; (c) creating a single media identifier to effect correlating the media portions with the text portions; (d) formatting the text portions with the media identifier in a text message; (e) forwarding the text message toward the emergency service answering position; and (f) employing the media identifier to correlate the media portions with the text portions.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus of receiving and processing customer support calls. The calls may be initiated from a mobile/wireless device via a call function or via a mobile device application. An example method of operation may provide receiving a call from the mobile device at a call processing server configured to route the call to an appropriate destination. The call processing server may perform identifying a purpose associated with the call and transmitting the call to the message redirect call processing module responsive to identifying the purpose of the call as a request for customer service support. Also, the server may also perform creating a redirect message instructing the mobile device to initiate a customer service support application that operates via a data network, and transmitting the redirect message to the mobile device.

Abstract: Monitoring a particular home or place of business for activity may provide a remote subscriber with updated information regarding feedback from sensors at the remote location. One example method of operation may include receiving sensor data from one or more sensors that have been activated at the remote location, identifying a subscriber account associated with the sensor data, matching the sensor data with a predefined sensor identifier stored in the subscriber account, and generating a notification to include the predefined sensor identifier and a time reference indicator associated with a time the sensor data was activated.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of processing a voice call are disclosed. One example method of operation may include recording at least a portion of a conference call and storing the portion of the conference call in memory. The method may also include processing the portion of the conference call to identify at least one segment of interest and adding the at least one segment of interest to an existing work order associated with a third party application. The method may further provide forwarding the at least one segment of interest to a third party computing device.

Abstract: A method and computer readable medium for providing Enterprise conferencing is provided. In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, a first SIP INVITE message is exchanged between a Media Gateway of the Enterprise and a first Media Server of a Conferencing Service Provider. Then, an Application Server of the Conferencing Service Provider establishes conference call resources at the Conferencing Service Provider. A first RTP session is established between the Media Gateway and the first Media Server, and then a PROMPT AND COLLECT message is sent from the Application Server to the first Media Server to gather data from the caller for establishing the Enterprise conferencing. After receipt of the data by the Application Server, an SIP INFO message is sent from the Application Server to a second Media Server of the Conferencing Service Provider, selecting the second Media Server to host the call.

One example operation may provide receiving a command to share at least one social networking application with a scheduled conference call and accessing an application programming interface (API) of the social networking application, and sharing user profile information with a graphical user interface (GUI) application of the scheduled conference call corresponding to the command to share the social networking application.

Abstract: A method and system of establishing a conference call between end users provides initiating a request for at least one invitee to participate in the conference call. The request message is received on a first device prior to time the conference call is scheduled to begin. The message includes a hyperlink which may be activated to autonomously dial a number through the wireless device and connect with a conference call service provider. The conference call may be further accessed by satisfying one or more parameters necessary to enter the conference call. A communication link may be established between the at least one wireless device and the conference call service provider to begin the conference call via one or more autonomous conference call access operations.

Abstract: Call related invoices may be generated and applied to calls and related services especially in certain countries with dynamic tax models and specific entity authorization rules and other strict requirements for generating such invoices. One example method of operation may include identifying a call session being initiated by at least one call party device and retrieving account information of the at least one call party. Next, a preliminary invoice is generated based on the initiated call session including the account information, and the invoice is then updated to include details of the call session once the call session has ended.

One example method of operation may include recording at least a portion of a voice call, and storing the portion of the voice call in memory. Abstract: In a system, method and computer readable medium for managing message delivery, message delivery jobs are dynamically prioritized into a plurality of priority queues based on a delivery timeframe for each job. A delivery manager controls delivery of the message delivery jobs through a number of delivery channels and ports. A priority manager reviews jobs pending in the queues. If the priority manager determines that a message delivery job will not be completed within its delivery timeframe, the priority manager assigns a higher priority to the message delivery job.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of processing multiple user call records via an IVR call processing application is disclosed. One example method may include receiving a call from a user device, obtaining first user information from a user account stored in a user databank. The first information may be associated with a first call record established during a first previously received call from the user device. The method may also include establishing a first confidence level based on the first user information and obtaining second user information from the user account stored in the user databank. The second user information may be associated with a second call record established during a second previously received call from the user device.
