Abstract: A package is disclosed for housing a trap-sealed blister card within an outer housing with an optional window (142) for viewing a product (P) in the blister (300).
Abstract: A child-resistant feature or lock for a sprayer including a collar and a sleeve wherein the sleeve may be rotated from a locked position to an unlocked position to allow actuation of an actuator and pump for distribution of a product from a container to which the child-resistant feature is mounted.
Abstract: A package structure is disclosed for carrying blister cards of the peel-open variety, and for securing the blister cards within an outer sleeve enclosure.
Abstract: A package made from sheet material has a sealable coating on a first surface. The package has a plurality of panels, folded so that at least two side panels are able to be closed in an overlapping arrangement so that the two side panels are sealed together with the first surface and sealable coating in facing relationship.
Abstract: A paper or paperboard including a cellulose substrate and a coating applied to each side of the paperboard substrate to form a coated structure, the coated structure having a basis weight, a caliper thickness and a Parker Print Surf smoothness, the Parker Print Surf smoothness being at most about 2 microns, the basis weight being less than about Y1 pounds per 3000 ft2, wherein Y1 is a function of the caliper thickness (X) in points and is calculated as follows: Y1=29.15+11.95X?0.07415X2.

Abstract: The slide card includes a base panel and a locking panel. The base panel includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has at least one first embossment integrally formed therewith and projecting therefrom. The locking panel is integrally formed with the base panel. The locking panel is hingedly connected directly to one of the end edges of the base panel along a hinge. The locking panel is folded about the hinge to take a folded position where the locking panel is disposed over the first portion of the base panel. The locking panel has at least one second embossment integrally formed therewith and projecting therefrom. The at least one the first embossment and the at least one second embossment are disposed next to each other with the hinge disposed therebetween.
Abstract: A dispensing pump (10) for liquids, viscous materials, foams, gels, etc. includes a resilient cup spring (18) so that the entire pump can be more easily recycled. The dispensing pump (10) includes a base portion (12), an inlet valve (14), a piston valve (16), a cup spring (18), a spring guide structure (20) and a pump actuator (22). When actuated, the cup spring (18) is elastically deformed over opposing spring ribs (39), and then upon release, the cup (18) elastically returns to its normal at rest shape, returning the guide (20) and pump actuator (22) to their normal at rest positions. The cup spring (18) includes structures which interact with the piston valve (16) to open the outlet valve.
Abstract: An actuator with an anti-drool valve is provided for attaching to or mounting on an aerosol container. Aerosol actuators, and more recently trigger actuated aerosol actuators, may include a manifold which fits to or communicates with a valve on an aerosol container or can. Aerosol containers or cans typically contain a propellant such as a compressed gas or a volatile hydrocarbon. The contents of the container, along with the propellant, are held in the container by a container valve.

Abstract: An outer sleeve includes first and second opposed side panels edges, hinge panels interconnecting the first and second side panels such that at least one chamber is defined between the first and second side panels, at least one of the hinge panels being hingedly connected to at least one of the first and second side panels along one of the opposed side edges of the at least one side panel, and at least one inner panel positioned at least in part inside the at least one chamber. The at least one inner panel includes a slide card locking mechanism for releasably locking at least one slide card in a locked position within the at least one chamber. The at least one side panel includes a release button positioned proximate the slide card locking mechanism of the at least one inner panel. The at least one inner panel is hingedly connected to one of the end edges of the at least one panel.
