Abstract: The slide card includes a base panel and a locking panel. The base panel includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has at least one first embossment integrally formed therewith and projecting therefrom. The locking panel is integrally formed with the base panel. The locking panel is hingedly connected directly to one of the end edges of the base panel along a hinge. The locking panel is folded about the hinge to take a folded position where the locking panel is disposed over the first portion of the base panel. The locking panel has at least one second embossment integrally formed therewith and projecting therefrom. The at least one the first embossment and the at least one second embossment are disposed next to each other with the hinge disposed therebetween.

Abstract: A dispensing pump (10) for liquids, viscous materials, foams, gels, etc. includes a resilient cup spring (18) so that the entire pump can be more easily recycled. The dispensing pump (10) includes a base portion (12), an inlet valve (14), a piston valve (16), a cup spring (18), a spring guide structure (20) and a pump actuator (22). When actuated, the cup spring (18) is elastically deformed over opposing spring ribs (39), and then upon release, the cup (18) elastically returns to its normal at rest shape, returning the guide (20) and pump actuator (22) to their normal at rest positions. The cup spring (18) includes structures which interact with the piston valve (16) to open the outlet valve.

Abstract: An actuator with an anti-drool valve is provided for attaching to or mounting on an aerosol container. Aerosol actuators, and more recently trigger actuated aerosol actuators, may include a manifold which fits to or communicates with a valve on an aerosol container or can. Aerosol containers or cans typically contain a propellant such as a compressed gas or a volatile hydrocarbon. The contents of the container, along with the propellant, are held in the container by a container valve.

Abstract: A package is disclosed comprising an outer blister portion and an inner blister portion, each blister portion having a flange, the flanges enclosed between paperboard cards, arranged so that upon rotation of the outer blister portion access is obtained to compartments within the inner blister portion. The compartments may hold product items.

Abstract: An outer sleeve includes first and second opposed side panels edges, hinge panels interconnecting the first and second side panels such that at least one chamber is defined between the first and second side panels, at least one of the hinge panels being hingedly connected to at least one of the first and second side panels along one of the opposed side edges of the at least one side panel, and at least one inner panel positioned at least in part inside the at least one chamber. The at least one inner panel includes a slide card locking mechanism for releasably locking at least one slide card in a locked position within the at least one chamber. Abstract: Disclosed is a single-piece container adapted to receive and secure an insert card. The container is a generally rectangular, relatively flat structure having an interior chamber defined by a top surface, a bottom surface, one open end, and one closed end. The container is formed from a blow molding process and adapted to receive an insert card. The container further comprises locking elements that work in cooperation with the insert card to secure the insert card within the interior chamber such that it can not be removed without manipulation of the locking elements. The material comprising the container can be a clear plastic such that optical scan codes present on an insert card contained within the container can be read through the container.

Abstract: A product dispensing system including a container defining an internal volume and an opening into the internal volume, the container including a weakened severance line extending from the opening to define an access panel, and a dispenser including a frame and a catch element, the frame having a support deck and defining a recess sized to receive the access panel, the catch element being positioned to engage the opening in the container, separate the access panel from the container along the weakened severance line, and guide the separated access panel into the recess when the container is moved along the support deck.
