Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method of monitoring a person's use of a computer. The method includes the steps of providing a website for monitoring the person's use of the computer, identifying an application or site the person is using, detecting when the person begins use of the application or site, and detecting when the person stops use of the application or site. The difference between when the person stops use of the application or the site and when the person begins use of the application or the site is used to determine an amount of time the person used the application or the site.
