Abstract: A tamper proof container arrangement comprising a single board blank adapted to be folded into a double-walled box having a single site of entry. The tamper proof container arrangement further comprising a security strip embedded in the blank and extending a full length of the blank, the security strip comprising a polymer material having at least one filament. The tamper proof container arrangement further comprising a plurality of holes formed in the blank in a manner wherein the plurality of holes pass through the security strip, and wherein the plurality of holes are arranged relative to each other such that when the blank is folded into its box configuration, a lead may be passed through the plurality of holes to enable the box to be locked against unauthorized entry.
Abstract: A device and methods of placing the device for indicating tidal water depth is described. The device having a body in a vertical orientation, with a top, bottom, and at least one viewing surface, with a measurement scale of numerals and marks displayed on the at least one viewing surface, where the numerals increase in value in a direction from the bottom towards the top of the body.

Abstract: A catheter assembly having the major components: a cap, an introducer tip, four different variations of grip housing, a tube gripper and a catheter. The variations of the housing connected to the catheter assembly allows for safe and effective delivery of the anesthetics to various bodily orifices. The catheter is slowly advanced further while irrigating and dispensing the medication and/or lidocaine gel from the syringe. Once the desired depth is reached the practitioner can mark off the depth in centimeters on the catheter using a variation of the marker.

Abstract: A protective assembly having a protective sheath assembly with a tubular catheter body with a proximal and distal end, and at least one connection fitting at the proximal end; and a holding device assembly with a housing, an introducer tip, a retention device. The tubular catheter body provided graduated marks or a moveable marker to identify depth of penetration. The protective assembly can deliver anesthetic to a tract, and serve as a protective sheath for medical devices.
