Abstract: A wet razor having a handle, at the front end of which a razor blade unit is disposed on a razor head, is provided. The handle has a central longitudinal plane that, starting from the razor head, has an essentially S-shaped curved configuration. The rear end of the handle is provided with a tongue-like widened portion. To improve the ergonomic properties of the razor, on the longitudinal underside of the handle 1 the tongue-like widened portion has a flattened portion.

Abstract: A twin-pivot-head razor with a head that has an outer body that is provided with a window to receive a separate subassembly in which is integrated the holding mechanism for the razor blade unit. Starting from a spring-loaded neutral position, the razor blade unit, via this holding mechanism, can carry out pivoting movements about an axis that is parallel to the cutting edge of the razor blade. The separate subassembly is also pivotable within the outer body about an axis that is perpendicular to the aforementioned pivot axis, whereby the neutral position is formed by a spring arrangement within the outer body.

Abstract: A razor comprising an elongated handle, at the front end of which is disposed a razor blade, and on that side of the handle opposite the cutting edge of the razor blade, in the vicinity of but spaced from the rear end of the handle, a projecting handle extension. To improve the handle extension of known razors, and in particular to thereby provide a razor having good ergonomic properties, the handle extension is embodied as a short stub extension that is fixedly disposed on the handle.

Abstract: A razor head, especially a razor blade unit, having a single or double razor blades fixedly disposed in a plastic housing and resting on a blade support of the housing. If a double razor blade is provided, a spacer is disposed between the two blades. To provide a razor head of simple construction with straightforward fixation for the razor blades in the housing, the housing has an opening for the blades that is accessible from above, with the blades being introduced into the opening from above and onto the blade support. A cover or cap is placed on the housing to thereby fixedly and firmly hold the cover in position thereon, with the single or double blades being fixed between the cover and the blade support.

Abstract: A dispenser system for razor blade units, including a dispenser housing in which the razor blade units are successively and displaceably disposed. Via a handle that is provided with a latching mechanism that cooperates with the razor blade units, the razor blade units can be removed from the dispenser housing one at a time. To simplify securement of the handle to a razor blade unit that is to be removed, the dispenser housing has a guide mechanism along which the end of the handle is guided and which brings the latching mechanism of the handle into a disengagement position. After reaching the removal position, the handle automatically engages the razor blade unit, so that this unit can be removed from the dispenser housing.

Abstract: A razor having a razor blade unit with a razor blade fixedly disposed in a plastic housing, and also having a handle, on the front end of which the razor blade unit is pivotably mounted via a forked holder that can be opened and closed. The razor blade unit, starting from a spring-loaded neutral position, is pivotable about a pivot axis that extends parallel to the cutting edge of the razor blade. To provide a pivot head razor where the razor blade unit can execute only slight pivot movements relative to the handle during the shaving process, the pivot axis of the forked holder extends in the region of the cutting edge of the razor blade.

Abstract: A pivot head razor having a prong holder that is disposed in a razor head, is adapted to be opened and closed, and serves to receive, hold, and release a pivot head razor blade. The razor head also has a spring cam that can be pressed in and that correspondingly rests against the back side of the pivot head razor blade. In order to arrest the pivot head razor blade in the prong holder in its shaving position via positive engagement of the pivot head razor blade, the spring cam is adapted to be locked by a locking device.

Abstract: A wet shave turret razor assembly includes a razor head and single or double blades. The razor head is mounted at the front end of a handle. Several blades are uniformly mounted along the periphery of a blade holder. The blade holder is attached to the razor head by a rotation spindle. The blades are pivotable about an axis. The edges of the blades are parallel to the axis. Further, the blade holder in conjunction with the blades is rotatable by a knob. The knob is located in the axis and mounted on the blade holder for snapping the blades into the shaving position. To improve razor handling, the rotary knob is telescopable. The blade holder is provided with a hood and a thread enclosure.
