  • Patent number: 12310516
Abstract: A storage system is configured for adjustable suspension from fixed points on a vertical wall, such as from fixed tie-down loops that are rigidly and permanently affixed to the wall of a shipping container. The system includes a plurality of pivotable arms that may have attached thereto shelves or other planar panels and may be variably positioned to provide vertical storage panels, flat work surfaces (such as a desk surface), or upwardly angled support posts, for example, for hanging items such as cables, ropes, pipe sections, and the like. A suspension assembly for the storage system enables hanging suspension of the system at any desired location along the length of the vertical wall, despite the location of the fixed loops from which the system is ultimately suspended.

  • Publication number: 20250158564
Abstract: A solar apparatus for use with a mobile building includes an enclosure and an array comprised of photovoltaic panels. A convexity of the array along a longitudinal direction of the solar apparatus defines an open space under the panel. The enclosure can be positioned in the open space.

  • Patent number: 12071793
Abstract: A locking system is mounted to a door with three rods extending therefrom. The rods have a locked position extending beyond the periphery of the door and an unlocked position not extending beyond the periphery of the door. Three rod receivers are adapted to receive the three rods in the locked position. A handle rotatably engages cam plates which are operatively engaged with the rods whereby rotation of the handle rotates the cam which moves the rod ends from one position to the other. A locking tab extends forwardly from the lower cam plate into a recess and is engaged by a circular lock while the recess prevents movement of the engaged circular lock. A second locking tab extends forwardly from the rod-locking link and a stationary locking tab is aligned thereto. Both locking tabs are engaged by a padlock preventing movement of the rod-locking link.

  • Patent number: 9631365
Abstract: Disclosed is a modular building construction having interlocking wall panels that mate with one another and with the frame of the building unit without screws, bolts or other fasteners, but while ensuring a water-tight fit. This configuration significantly simplifies installation of the wall panels into the skeletal frame of the modular building unit, allowing a first wall panel to be joined to an adjacent wall panel in a quick and easy installation step while maintaining the ability to later adjust and/or replace the wall panel.

  • Patent number: 9624712
Abstract: Disclosed is a system of interlocking door frame and wall panels for modular building units. Both the door frame panel and the wall panels are provided for easy installation into the skeletal frame of the modular building unit, and are provided with mating male and female connecting edges on opposite sides of each panel. This allows the door frame panel to mate with an adjacent wall panel in the same manner in which adjacent wall panels mate with one another, ensuring a clean, finished appearance for the connecting edges, a strong, reinforced frame having long durability, and a connection having the same physical, structural integrity as the connections between adjacent wall panel units. The door frame panel itself is particularly configured to receive a traditional, commercially available steel door frame and door assembly, but allows fitment of such commercially available steel door frame and door assembly without cutting a wall panel to receive that frame.
