Abstract: A winch barrel provides adequate diameter and length to retain a connecting cable in a single layer. The barrel is grooved in a spiral pattern so that the cable is controlled in winding onto the barrel. A pinch roller prevents freewheeling of the cable off the barrel.
Abstract: The present invention provides a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition which has an excellent vibration welding performance, an excellent resistance to heat shock, and is useful for a case, housing and the like of electric/electronic parts. Specifically, it provides a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition for vibration welding comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of a polybutylene terephthalate resin; (B) 20 to 100 parts by weight of a modified polyester copolymer containing 5 to 30% by mole of a comonomer; (C) 5 to 30 parts by weight of an elastomer selected from an acrylic-based copolymer having a glycidyl group and/or an ?-olefin.?,?-unsaturated carboxylic acid (ester).?,?-unsaturated carboxylic acid glycidylester-based ternary polymer; and (D) 60 to 150 parts by weight of a glass fiber.
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition, excellent in toughness, in hydrolysis proofing and moreover in chemical proofing. Specifically, there are blended (A) 100 parts by weight of a polybutylene terephthalate resin, (B) 20 to 40 parts by weight of an acrylic core-shell polymer in which a butadiene component is not contained, (C) 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an epoxy compound, and (D) 0.05 to 1 parts by weight of an aromatic carbodiimide compound.
Abstract: The press includes a fixed support holding two or more first half molds set side by side; a mobile support capable of approaching and spreading apart from the fixed support and holding two or more second half molds set side by side; at least one power cylinder interposed between every first half mold and the fixed support, which allows to fine-tune the closing of the molds, thus compensating for any differences in the height of the two molds; and a plurality of devices impeding the reverse motion of the mobile support during the closing of the molds.
