Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems that allow a user to access indicia representing executable form items, click and drag them into a space on a display screen, and build a form of executable form items. The disclosed methods and systems allow the executable form items to be arranged and rearranged as the user is building the form. The form as it is being built on a display is executable as execution codes are attached the form items when the indicia is dragged onto a form view screen. A user will not need to consider how to define the manner in which the form items function. That is a user, in a single step, will select a form item that is a particular type to the build the form, and this form will immediately be executable. The form can then become part of a form flow.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to increasing performance of database queries. A proxy server receives an input query string and a parameter value for first parameter name in the query string. The proxy server determines a second parameter name based on the parameter value and different to the first parameter name. The proxy server then determines an output query string based on the input query string. The output query string comprises a filter clause with a field name and a second field value, the second field value of the output query string being based on the second parameter name. The proxy server finally sends the output query string to a database management system to cause the database management system to execute a database query using an execution plan based on the second parameter name in the output query string.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for platform-agnostic executable content delivery. Also, disclosed are systems and methods at the device, processing a request to a remote server, the request for a form flow process file having a unique identifier, the form flow process file configured to provide access to executable forms, a request to the server including information of the rendering language of the device, which when different from that of the executable form stored at the server, is converted to the rending language of the device. Also disclosed are systems and methods of a device, including at the device, receiving a form flow process file and at the device, accessing a first form of the form flow process file from the server, the first form rendered in the language of the device. In this way, up-to-date executable content can be made available as the form flow requires.

Abstract: Disclosed is a circuit including a sensor, a battery and a reservoir capacitance, the sensor being configured to generate sensor data and the capacitance being provided by one or more discrete capacitors. A first circuit component is configured to drain current from the battery to the reservoir capacitor to store energy in the reservoir capacitor at a safe rate. The safe rate does not adversely affect the battery's life. A second circuit component is configured to generate a series of data packets including sensor data at particular time intervals. A third circuit component is configured to transmit the series of data packets with the stored energy of the reservoir capacitor so that the transmitting does not drain the reservoir capacitor of all stored energy.

Establishing a configurable form can include receiving a form file configured with an acceptability filter and at least one non-mandatory form item that is configured to be either on or off and in the applicability filter, and establishing at least one circumstance under which the non-mandatory form item is to be applied in the form file and generating a configurable form file. On a graphical user interface, along with mandatory form items, non-mandatory form items can be depicted depending upon establishment of circumstances determined by the applicability filter. A search list is disclosed that can nominate without code what data source should be used.

Abstract: Disclosed are risk visualisation methods and systems of a production environment tool. Tasks are delivered to a task board in an arrangement that indicates how long the tasks have been on the board, that is, the defined time period. For each task, a penetration value is calculated which is derived from the time elapsed since the initiation time of the task as a percentage of the defined time period. A criterion of a percentile value of the tasks establishes a subset of the tasks that have lower penetration values. Then by determining a specific task in the subset of the sequence of tasks that is at the high end of the percentile value, a visual indication of that specific task on the board provides notice to an observer of the board of whether there is a risk that the resource is falling behind in task completion.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to calibrating a volumetric estimation device for determining dimensions of an object. Two laser sources project two laser lines onto the object to form a rectangular calibration target. A camera captures an image of the rectangular calibration target and has a camera image plane and a camera image plane centre point. A processor measures the camera distortion effects to generate a filter to remove the distortion effects to approximate a pinhole camera. The camera image plane centre point and the points of projection of the laser sources are not collinear. The point of laser projection are not collinear with the camera image plane centre point. The processor uses locations of laser projected crosslines to determine a deviation angle from a direction perpendicular to the camera image plane and the distance between the camera image plane centre point and each laser source.
