Abstract: A method, an image processing device, and a system for generating a disparity map are proposed. The method includes the following steps. Images of a specific scene are captured by two image sensors to generate two original images. A shrinking process is performed on the two original images to generate two shrunk images. A shrunk disparity map is generated by using the two shrunk images. A magnifying process is performed on the shrunk disparity map to generate a magnified disparity map. Whether each magnified disparity value of the magnified disparity map is reliable is determined so as to accordingly generate a refined disparity map.
Abstract: A living body detection method and a living body detection system are provided. A radio-frequency signal reflected by an experiment living body is received, and raw sampling data of the RF signal are obtained. A feature extraction process is performed to generate initial training features of sampling datasets, wherein the initial training features respectively correspond to feature generation rules. A classification prediction model is established according to a posture of the experiment living body and the initial training features, and correlation feature weightings respectively corresponding to the initial training features are obtained. Preferred features corresponding to at least one of the feature generation rules are selected from the initial training features according to the correlation feature weightings.

Abstract: An image data retrieving method and an image data retrieving device are provided. The image data retrieving method includes: receiving an image including a plurality of data from a communication interface; obtaining a plurality of regions of interest from the image, wherein each of the regions of interest is a data image including at least one of the data; dividing the regions of interest into a plurality of groups, wherein at least one of the data included in the regions of interest of each of the groups has a same type; combining the regions of interest of each of the groups into a to-be-recognized image; and performing an optical character recognition to the to-be-recognized image corresponding to each of the groups respectively to obtain the data corresponding to the regions of interest of each of the groups.
Abstract: In an embodiment, a method for estimating an object distance is used by an electronic device including a light sensor. The method includes: detecting, by the light sensor, a light reflected from an object; establishing an object brightness table according to the detected light, where the object brightness table records brightness information of the light corresponding to a plurality of pixel locations; analyzing the object brightness table and a plurality of base brightness tables to obtain differential quantitative information and obtaining a target base distance corresponding to a target base brightness table among the base brightness tables according to the differential quantitative information; and determining a distance between the electronic device and the object according to the target base distance.
Abstract: A back cover module adapted to be disposed on a casing having a back opening is provided. The back cover module includes a fixing bracket, a sliding bracket and a rotating mask. The sliding bracket is slidably disposed on the fixing bracket along a first direction. The rotating mask is pivoted to the sliding bracket. When the fixing bracket is fixed to a position of the casing adjacent to the back opening, the fixing bracket and the sliding bracket are adapted to be inside the casing and a portion of the rotating mask is exposed from the casing. The rotating mask is adapted to follow the sliding bracket and move relative to the fixing bracket toward the first direction to a position out of the casing, and is adopted to rotate relative to the sliding bracket and shield the back opening after being moved out of the casing.
Abstract: An electronic device includes a first main body, a second main body, a pivoting mechanism, and a heat dissipation module. The second main body includes a first housing, a second housing, and a cover plate. The pivoting mechanism is pivotally connected between the first main body and the second main body. Two sides of the cover plate are pivotally connected to the second housing and the pivoting mechanism respectively. The heat dissipation module is disposed in the second main body and includes at least one elastic member. The elastic member is fixed between the first housing and the cover plate. In response to that the first main body is in unfolded position relative to the second main body through the pivoting mechanism, the pivoting mechanism drives the cover plate to be located between an open position relative to the second housing, so that the elastic member is stretched.
Abstract: An object detection method, an electronic apparatus and an object detection system are provided. The method is adapted to the electronic apparatus and includes the following steps. A first image is obtained. A geometric transformation operation is performed on the first image to obtain at least one second image. The first image and the at least one second image are combined to generate a combination image. The combination image including the first image and the at least one second image is inputted into a trained deep learning model to detect a target object.

The method includes: retrieving a first computer tomographic (CT) image including a plurality of first pixels; retrieving a plurality of second pixels from the first pixels, and generating a second CT image based on the second pixels; performing a contrast enhancement algorithm on the second CT image to adjust a contrast of the second CT image; identifying a first image region in the second CT image to generate a third CT image, wherein the first image region includes a first object; dividing the third CT image into a plurality of sub-images, and only reserving a specific image region corresponding to the first object in each sub-image; combining the sub-images into a fourth CT image; and identifying an object type of the first object based on the fourth CT image.
Abstract: A fixing device is used for fixing a circuit board and includes a carrier frame and a circuit board supporting structure. The carrier frame includes a guiding part and a guiding slot. The circuit board supporting structure includes a sliding part, and a supporting part and a positioning part which are disposed on the sliding part. The sliding part has a guided portion slidably engaged with the guiding part. The positioning part slides in the guiding slot and is adjustably fixed at a first position or a second position of the guiding slot, so that the fixing device can fix different circuit boards through the circuit board supporting structure. An electronic device fixing mount includes a structural frame, and a connector and the above fixing device which are disposed on the structural frame. A circuit board fixed on the fixing device can be connected with the connector.

Abstract: The invention provides a video conferencing system and a video conferencing method. The video conferencing system includes a sound sensor, an omnidirectional camera, and a processor. The sound sensor senses a first sound source and a second sound source, to provide a first positioning coordinate corresponding to the first sound source and a second positioning coordinate corresponding to the second sound source. The omnidirectional camera captures an omnidirectional conference image. The processor acquires a first facial image and a second facial image from the omnidirectional conference image according to the first positioning coordinate and the second positioning coordinate. The processor determines an image stitching order according to positions of the first facial image and the second facial image respectively in the omnidirectional conference image to generate a close-up conference image.
Abstract: An equipment deploying system and method, which are adapted for a plurality of electronic equipment in an area, are provided. In the method, multiple sub-areas in the area are defined, and a corresponding operation configuration of the electronic equipment respectively for at least one of sub-areas in the area is set correspondingly. Location information of the electronic equipment physically located in the area and equipment information of the electronic equipment are obtained. Whether the location information of the electronic equipment corresponds to one of the sub-areas is determined. In response to the determination that the location information of the electronic equipment is corresponding to one of the sub-areas, the corresponding operation configuration is provided to the corresponding electronic equipment according to a location determined result and the equipment information. Abstract: A method, a system, and a computer-accessible recording medium for motion recognition based on an atomic pose are provided. A video frame including a live body is obtained. An atomic pose feature value is generated by analyzing the live body in the video frame. A hash value of the atomic pose is generated by executing a hash function according to the atomic pose feature value. The live body executing a specific motion is recognized by comparing the atomic pose hash value.
Abstract: A face recognition method and apparatus are provided. The method is applicable to an electronic device including a sound receiving device and an image capturing device, and includes the following steps: detecting a direction of a sound source by using the sound receiving device, to capture an image in the direction by using the image capturing device; detecting and tracking a face in the image, to assign an image identification to the face according to a tracking result; determining whether the image identification exists in multiple cluster identifications recognized in a data set of face recognition; and in response to the image identification not existing in the data set, acquiring a feature value of the face and comparing the feature value of the face with a feature value of a face of each cluster identification to update a cluster identification to which the face belongs according to a comparison result.

Abstract: A case module that is capable of installing a first electronic module and a second electronic module, includes a cage and a restraining component. The first electronic module can move relative to the cage to a first installation position along a first direction. The second electronic module can move relative to the cage to a second installation position along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. When the first electronic module moves relative to the cage toward the first installation position along the first direction, the restraining component is driven to move relative to the cage toward a restraining position along the first direction. The second electronic module can be stopped by the restraining component when the restraining component is located at the restraining position.
Abstract: A storage unit combining module capable of loading a plurality of storage units, and a storage unit moving suit having several storage unit combining modules and a related server apparatus are disclosed. The storage unit combining module includes a base, a circuit backboard and a signal adapter. The base has several positioning zones and an open zone. The circuit backboard includes a first section and a second section bent from each other. The circuit backboard further includes a plurality of connectors respectively disposed on the corresponding positioning zones. The signal adapter is disposed on the open zone and electrically connected to the second section. Two storage units are respectively loaded into two positioning zones on a right side of the base in a first inserting direction, and one storage unit is further loaded into a single positioning zone on a left side of the base in a second inserting direction.
