Abstract: An installation for treating mass-produced parts includes: a supporting structure with a supporting element, a basket carrier for at least two centrifuge baskets, a main drive device attached to the supporting structure and having a main drive and a longitudinal shaft, the longitudinal shaft being mounted rotatably about a main axis relative to the supporting element and being drivable rotatably about the main axis by the main drive, wherein the basket carrier is held suspended at the longitudinal shaft and is connected to the longitudinal shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, and a secondary drive device having at least one motor and, for each centrifuge basket, a drivetrain for rotating the centrifuge basket about a basket axis radially spaced from the main axis, wherein the at least one motor of the secondary drive device is arranged on the basket carrier.

Abstract: A centrifuge basket includes a support basket with a support base and a support wall circumferentially extending around a basket axis of the centrifuge basket. The support base and the support wall have a plurality of through openings with passage areas of at most 500 square millimeters, and a filter fabric which is arranged in the support basket and covers the support base and the support wall on the inside. The filter fabric includes, viewed in a cross-section through the centrifuge basket, a plurality of regions distributed over a circumference which are formed radially inwards with respect to a circular basic shape of the filter fabric.

Abstract: A dip tank is fillable with a liquid. An accommodation device accommodates components and is rotatingly drivable around an axis of rotation. The accommodation device and the dip tank are movable relative to each other to dip the components in the dip tank or to lift the components out of the dip tank. A splash guard is provided. A lifting device is arranged to move the splash guard relative to the dip tank.

Abstract: A system for treating, in liquids, a mass-production parts contained in transport baskets, comprising at least one tank which contains liquid for submerging the transport baskets, at least one transport vehicle for the transport baskets by which the transport baskets can be moved over the at least one tank, at least one basket carrier which is arranged at the transport vehicle in such a way that its height is adjustable, which is able to grip a transport basket, submerge same in the tank, rotatingly drive same around an axis and lift same out of the tank, as well as a clamp for securing the basket carrier relative to the at least one tank.

Abstract: A method of carrying out an electro-chemical treatment, especially for electro-chemically coating conducting parts or parts made to be conducting, in a container which is filled with an electrolyte and in which there are arranged two electrodes which are connected to a constant voltage source, has the parts, while being treated in the electrolyte, being continuously re-arranged in the rotating basket. The parts are cathodically switched by a hub of the basket. The electrolytic solution is pumped in a cycle through the container, with the container remaining sealed so as to be gas-tight.

Abstract: A machine for carrying out a process of treating small parts with a liquid treatment medium, especially for coating the small parts or for chemically deburring the small parts, has a closable container which includes a drum to receive the parts. The drum is rotatingly drivable and adjustable between an inclined axis position and a vertical axis position. The process includes filling the drum with small parts and evacuating the closed container. Filling the container with a treatment medium, with the internal pressure set to a value in excess of the steam pressure of the most liquid component of the treatment medium. Inclining the drum to its inclined axis position and rotatingly driving the drum at a low speed. Ventilating the container and setting the drum to its vertical position.
