Patents Assigned to Wok & Pan Ind., Inc.
  • Publication number: 20070056485
Abstract: A foldable frame includes two U-shaped tabletop supports mounted underneath two table panels respectively, two folding hinges spacedly mounted between the two tabletop supports to pivotally connect the two tabletop supports with each other such that the tabletop is adapted to fold between a folded position that the two table panels are overlappedly folded with each other and an unfolded position that the two table panels are aligned edge-to-edge, and two leg frames foldably connected with the tabletop supports respectively. As a result, the foldable frame is capable of not only supporting the tabletop but also folding the tabletop in half so as to reduce the size of the foldable table.

  • Patent number: 7128001
Abstract: A foldable table includes a tabletop and two leg frames for supporting the tabletop, each of the leg frames having a transverse member pivotally attached to a underside of the tabletop and a standing leg extended from the transverse member and pivotally moveable with respect to the tabletop. A retaining element having a first end pivotally attached to the transverse member and a second end pivotally attached to the standing leg of the other transverse member. The retaining element has an adjustable length adapted for lengthening to become longer than a distance between the transverse members of the leg frames as the leg frame is erected, thereby providing lateral support for the erected leg frame.

  • Patent number: 7100519
Abstract: A foldable table includes a tabletop, two side runners respectively supported at two side edge portions of the tabletop, a longitudinal mid-support arrangement including a mid-runner longitudinally extended between the two side runners to support the tabletop, and two leg assemblies affixing to the tabletop. Each leg assembly includes a leg frame transversely and pivotally mounted between the two side runners and a folding frame pivotally coupling between the leg frame and the mid-runner to retain the leg frame in an unfolded position, in such a manner that in a folded position, the leg frames are pivotally and inwardly folded to rest under the tabletop, and in the unfolded position, the leg frames are pivotally and outwardly folded to perpendicularly stand under the tabletop. Therefore, the longitudinal mid-support arrangement is adapted for evenly distributing and supporting a downward loading force on the tabletop to the leg assemblies.

  • Patent number: 7073450
Abstract: A stackable tabletop includes a tabletop member having a top surface defining a peripheral edge portion and a first contour formed therealong and a bottom surface adapted for pivotally connecting two leg assemblies thereon, and an engaging rim, which is provided along a peripheral edge portion of the bottom surface of the tabletop member, defining a second contour formed therealong, wherein the second contour of the engaging rim has a size and shape geometrically matching with the first contour of the top surface. Therefore, the stackable tabletop is adapted to overlappedly stack on another stackable tabletop by engaging the second contour of the engaging rim of the stackable tabletop with the first contour of the top surface of the another stackable tabletop so as to substantially retain the two stackable tabletops in position and avoid a lateral relative movement between the stackable tabletop and the another stackable tabletop.

  • Patent number: 7059255
Abstract: A tabletop includes a tabletop member and longitudinal mid-support arrangement. The tabletop member includes a plastic made top panel and a plastic made bottom panel which is overlapped connected with the top panel in an edge to edge manner and defines a receiving cavity between the top and bottom panels. The longitudinal mid-support arrangement includes a mid-runner longitudinally received in the receiving cavity of the tabletop member at a mid-portion thereof to strengthen the tabletop member, wherein the mid-runner has two end portions for pivotally connecting two leg frames respectively, and two root portions for pivotally connecting two retaining frames respectively, such that the longitudinal mid-support arrangement is adapted for evenly distributing and supporting a downward loading force on the tabletop member to the leg frames through the mid-runner.
