Abstract: A handle height adjusting mechanism includes: a coupling member disposed on a handle tube of a stroller; an actuating member disposed movably on the handle tube, and coupled to the coupling member for driving movement thereof; an engaging member connected to the coupling member; and a resilient member coupled to the coupling member for biasing the coupling member to a first position, where the engaging member engages the selected positioning hole to arrest movement of the handle tube relative to the frame tube. The actuating member is operable to move the coupling member to a second position against biasing action of the resilient member, such that the engaging member is removed from the selected positioning hole so as to permit movement of the handle tube relative to the frame tube.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for detachably mounting different types of infant carriers on a support structure. The system includes a mounting platform provided on a frame of the support structure. The mounting platform includes a first and second coupling structure. The first coupling structure is adapted to engage with a first fastener structure of a first infant carrier, whereas the second coupling structure is adapted to engage with a second fastener structure of a second infant carrier. The mounting platform also includes a rotary support base that can be rotated relative to the frame between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the support base enables engagement of the first coupling structure with the first fastener structure. In the second position, the support structure enables engagement of the second coupling structure with the second fastener structure.

Abstract: An infant carrier device comprises a foldable support frame, an adjustable backrest assembly, a backrest positioning mechanism including a fixed positioning member and a movable latching member connected with the backrest assembly, and a disengaging mechanism connected with the support frame and movable relative to the positioning member. The latching member is movable between a first position where the latching member is engaged with the positioning member for locking the backrest assembly in position, and a second position where the latching member is disengaged from the positioning member. Moreover, the disengaging mechanism is operable to interact with the latching member for causing the latching member to move from the first position to the second position when the support frame is folded.

Abstract: A system for facilitating the storage of an accessory part such as a changer station, bassinet or canopy includes a play yard, and an accessory kit that can be detachably or permanently secured on the play yard. The play yard comprises a frame structure having a plurality of side rail assemblies. The accessory kit comprises a foldable accessory part and a storage pocket that can be secured with one upper rim of the play yard. The accessory part can be folded into a compact form that fits in the storage pocket. When the user wishes to use the accessory part, the user can pull out and unfold the accessory part, and then fasten the accessory part on opposite sides of the play yard for adequate support. The ability to stow the accessory part in a compact manner in the play yard facilitates portability of the accessory part and play yard.
