    Abstract: A method of facilitating a completion of a wellness task is disclosed. A goal pertaining to a health of a user is determined. Information is identified that is to be collected to determine a progress of the user toward accomplishing the goal. A level of specificity at which to prompt the user to provide a portion of the information is selected. The user is prompted to provide the portion of the information at the level of specificity. A progress of the user toward accomplishing the goal is determined based on the portion of the information.
