    Abstract: An automatic labeling production line for solid state disk includes a production conveyor belt, a fixture disposed on the production conveyor belt and provided with a fixture code, and a loading mechanism provided with a product scanning mechanism detecting the memory and marking out a first defective memory, a first fixture scanning mechanism, a first and a second recycling mechanism recycling a defective memory, an automatic labeling mechanism, a visual inspection mechanism, a second fixture scanning mechanism identifying the fixture code, and an unloading mechanism unloading the memory which are arranged along the production conveyor belt in turn. The first fixture scanning mechanism scans the fixture code and records the original code and the corresponding fixture code. The visual inspection mechanism detects the memory and marks out a second defective memory. Thus, the production line is simplified, automatic labeling for memory is achieved, and the label process is more flexible.

    Abstract: A solid state disk packaging line, for packaging solid state disks, includes a stacking tray conveying system, a packaging system, a packaging box conveying system, and a packaging box packaging system. The packaging system includes a packaging box loading device, a sealing bag loading device, and a packaging machine. Two sides of the packaging system provided with the packaging machine are connected with the stacking tray conveying system and the packaging box conveying system respectively. The packaging machine receives stacking trays, and loads the stacking trays into a packaging box, and then transfers the packaging box to the packaging box packaging system via the packaging box conveying system. The packaging box with the stacking trays loaded therein is sealed by the packaging box packaging system. The packaging line packages and seals the packaging box without manual work which protects solid state disks, avoids doing damage, and improves production efficiency.

    Abstract: A loading and unloading device of solid state disk test system is used for picking and placing solid state disks at a test position. The device includes a sorting and feeding device and a transfer device including a transfer mechanism and an insert and extract robot. A loading and unloading position is located at the side of the sorting and feeding device away from the transfer device. The sorting and feeding device transfers the solid state disk to be tested from the loading and unloading position to a side close to the transfer device, and transfers the tested solid state disk back. The transfer mechanism drives the insert and extract robot to move relative to the test position to insert the solid state disk to be tested into the test position, which pulls out the tested solid state disk to transfer to the transfer device.

    Abstract: A separation mechanism includes a body frame, a clamping mechanism, a lifting assembly, and a material frame. The clamping mechanism includes a driving motor mounted on the body frame, two rotating shafts driven by the driving motor, and at least one clamping assembly. A separation area is formed between the two rotating shafts. The clamping assembly includes a main cam mounted on the respective rotating shaft and a main clamping block following the main cam. The main cams being configured that when the rotating shafts rotate to an initial station, the main cams drive the main clamping blocks to withdraw to release the material tray, and when the rotating shafts rotate to a clamping station, the main cams drive the main clamping blocks to stretch to clamp the material tray. A feeding device is also provided, which is simple in structure, small in size, and convenient to control.
