Abstract: Technologies for remotely managing payment authorization request messaging for payment transactions include a transaction management controller of one environment and a point of interaction device of another environment. The transaction management controller receives a transaction amount for a payment transaction from a business management engine. The payment transaction is based on a purchase transaction initiated by a merchant computing device of the other environment. The transaction management controller also receives payment card data from the point of interaction device, which is communicatively isolated from the merchant computing device and the business management engine. The transaction management controller inserts the transaction amount and the payment card data into a payment authorization request message, which is transmitted to a payment network.

Abstract: Systems and methods for executing real-time electronic transactions by a dynamically determined transfer execution date are disclosed. One method includes receiving, at an application programing interface (API) system, an electronic transaction request on a receipt date. The API system may identify a value associated with the electronic transaction request as well as a threshold settlement date. The value may then be compared to a predetermined threshold and at least one transaction network certified to process the electronic transaction request may be ascertained. The API system may project a processing time for each of the ascertained transaction networks. An optimal transaction network and transfer execution date may be determined based on comparison of the projected processing times to a timeline designated by the receipt date and the threshold settlement date. The electronic transaction request may be processed into a recipient account on the transfer execution date via the optimal transaction network.

Abstract: A method for electronic transaction monitoring and reporting includes: determining whether the received transaction request is encrypted, upon determining that the received transaction request is not encrypted, sending a failure alert to the merchant, determining a receiving acquirer processor for the transaction request, and transmitting the transaction request to the determined acquirer processor.

Abstract: Systems and methods for applying a promotion to a payment transaction originating at a point of sale system of a merchant are described. Transactional information is provided to an acquirer computing system of the merchant. Based on identifying indicia associated with the transactional information, the acquirer computing system determines whether to modify the payment transaction messaging before communicating it along to an issuer computing system.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for processing single message transactions with batch settlement may include receiving a dual-message transaction from a merchant, converting the received dual-message transaction to a single-message transaction, setting a flag on the converted single-message transaction indicating the conversion to a single-message transaction, receiving a batch settlement file from the merchant, for each transaction in the batch settlement file, determining whether the single-message transaction conversion flag is set, upon determining that the single-message transaction conversion flag is not set, storing the transaction for later processing, and upon determining that the single-message transaction conversion flag is set, sending the transaction to a payment network.

Abstract: Decentralized computer systems and methods are disclosed for hyperledger-based payment transactions, alerts, and dispute settlement, using smart contracts. One method includes: receiving transaction information comprising transaction data of transaction attributes for a transaction for a good or service originating at a merchant; storing the transaction data of the transaction attributes for the transaction, in a Smart Contract generated or updated by a Smart Contract application; deploying the Smart Contract into one or more blockchain networks, wherein at least one of the one or more blockchain networks; performing one or more iterations of enabling, using an inter ledger protocol, to transfer at least some of the transaction data of the transaction attributes of the transaction to another of the one or more blockchain networks, wherein each of the one or more blockchain networks serves one or more business functions of the transaction.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for detecting a suspicious and/or a non-suspicious activity during an electronic transaction performed by a user device. One method comprises identifying, by a monitoring and detection component, a starting check point in the electronic transaction. The monitoring and detection component may then receive contextual data from one or more sensors of the user device. Based on the contextual data and a machine learning model, the monitoring and detection component may determine whether an expected behavior occurred. Entry of user credentials may be enabled in response to determining that the expected behavior occurred, whereas the electronic transaction may be terminated in response to determining that the expected behavior did not occur.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for performing an electronic transaction using a hosted transaction page. One method comprises providing a hosted transaction page to a first data system, the hosted transaction page enabling the first data system to request an electronic transaction. Via the hosted transaction page, authentication data may be received from a user. The received authentication data may be encoded into a first format and tokenized into tokenized authentication data. The tokenized authentication data may then be transmitted to the first data system. An authorization request for performing the electronic transaction based on the tokenized authentication data may be received from the first data system, then transmitted to a second data system.

Abstract: A point of sale terminal of a merchant includes a third party payment provider display area for payment using a third party payment provider. The point of sale terminal receives an authentication notification for a consumer from the third party payment provider. The consumer is authenticated using one or more of a personal identification number, an image of the consumer, a quick response code scanned from a mobile device of the consumer, or a code received via near field communications with the mobile device of the consumer. The point of sale terminal requests payment from the third party payment provider for a transaction with the consumer using the transaction amount and authentication information. The third party provider display area allows new payment modalities to be used at the point of sale terminal without requiring modification of the instructions for the point of sale terminal.

A set of security credentials received from a security service provider is measured against a security threshold. When the set of security credentials meets the security threshold, a uniform resource locator (“URL”) is transmitted to the merchant computing system. The URL identifies the security verifier to be retrieved and displayed at the electronic display associated with the merchant computing system.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for establishing fraud detection system for authorizing payment for consumer transactions based on a user's tender-switching or transaction abandonment practices. One method includes: receiving transaction history of a user, the transaction history including a first payment vehicle and a second payment vehicle; determining, of the received transaction history, one or more instances of switching from one the first payment vehicle to the second payment vehicle; and determining a user-specific fraud threshold score for the user, based on the determined instances of switching from the first payment vehicle to the second payment vehicle.
