  • Patent number: 10937268
Abstract: A dispenser of feminine pads and tampons activated by a touch sensor. The touch of a person's hand will close an electronic circuit causing a motor to rotate. The motor is attached to a shaft which rotates. The shaft retains a feminine product dispenser. The feminine product dispenser transports a feminine napkin or tampon to a retrieval tray. The improved design enables the sanitary napkin rack and tampon rack to be adjacent to each other, thereby reducing the width requirements for the cabinet housing the racks. The activation by touch screen significantly improves the selection and dispensing of the desired feminine napkin product and tampon product.

  • Patent number: 10052009
Abstract: A dual trigger member to release a disposable microfiber cloth or non-woven cloth from a flat mop combined with a yoke and a rotatable handle affixed to the yoke. The flat mop with yoke and rotatable handle and dual trigger allow a user to easily change a disposable cloth without touching the cloth. Further, the yoke allows the handle to rotate 180 degrees relative to the yoke and the perpendicular direction relative to the mop and allows a user 180 degrees of range of movement of the cleaning tool during use resulting in less energy exerted by the user.

  • Patent number: 9980621
Abstract: A fluid dispenser having a liquid release bottle with suction bellows which is incorporated into a flat mop. This embodiment includes an exterior wall, an interior chamber surrounded by an exterior wall and a cap on the liquid intake member. The exterior wall includes a suction bellows to create a suction within the interior chamber of the liquid release bottle. A downward force on the handle activates a suction bellows to create a suction on the interior chamber of the liquid release bottle enabling fluid retained in the interior chamber to flow out of a duck-bill valve and into flexible tubing which will then flow through the tubing and out an opening of a yoke so that the fluid can flow onto a front of a scrubbing portion of the mop to facilitate cleaning. An alternative embodiment replaces the liquid release bottle with a liquid squeeze bottle.

  • Patent number: 9565985
Abstract: A mechanism by which the mop of a sponge roller mop is released without a user having to touch a dirty mop so that the sponge can be released and replaced with a clean sponge, including a sponge pin molded onto the brace which retains the sponge. The mechanism includes a transverse section with a movable hole through which the crown from the sponge pin is inserted. The wall is moved by a transverse spring force so that the wall from the opening of the trigger mechanism is placed between the crown and a lower section of the sponge pin to thereby retain the crown within the rod retaining mechanism. When a pushbutton is pushed transversely, it overcomes the spring force so that the crown is released and a downward force from the vertical compression spring forces the crown downwardly and out of the trigger mechanism, thereby releasing the sponge.

  • Patent number: 9501888
Abstract: A vending machine that dispense feminine hygiene products. Specifically, this invention is a coin-operated vending machine that dispenses sanitary napkins and tampons. This invention allows a user to purchase a feminine hygiene product by placing a coin or multiple coins in a slot within the vending machine and pressing a product release button. The product is then dispensed to the consumer. The apparatus also provides a mechanism for retrieving a coin in the event that the vending machine is out of a specific feminine hygiene product sought to be purchased. The invention also provides for the ability to have a vending machine that does not require any coin to be inserted in order to obtain the feminine hygiene product.

  • Patent number: 9498879
Abstract: A mechanism by which a user can switch between cleaning tools such as brooms, brushes, and mops while utilizing the same handle. This invention allows the user to reuse the same handle as opposed to having a separate long handle for each cleaning tool. A quick release mechanism that functions by use of a transverse spring and a vertical compression spring allows the user to switch between the cleaning tools quickly and easily.

  • Patent number: 9072419
Abstract: A mop with a disposable cloth retaining assembly where the cloth is retained by cloth retaining members attached to the bottom of attaching plates on a main body, with a right and left cloth releasing plate between the main body and the cleaning cloth, the cloth releasing plates retained in a closed position against the main body by ratchet teeth engaged in notches of a respective notched collar to overcome a force of downward force compression springs. When a retaining force is removed, the downward spring force of force compression springs causes the cloth releasing plate to move away from the main body, the downward movement of the cloth releasing plate being limited. The cleaning cloth is separated from the cloth retaining members so that the dirty cleaning cloth falls away.

  • Patent number: 8966700
Abstract: A hand operated squeeze sponge mop with a disposable sponge assembly where the sponge has a pair of spaced apart posts. Each post has a multiplicity of vertically ascending transverse notches on opposite sides of each post. A pair of spaced apart retention members is located on the main body, each retention member respectively having an aligned opening to receive a respective post and a pair of teeth to be received in a respective transverse notch of a post. Each tooth is formed as part of a tooth section having a transverse tooth and an upper squeeze handle. Each tooth section further includes an exterior flared section which functions as a spring. The spring force of the flared sections of a respective member forces a respective tooth into engagement with a transverse notch on a post.

  • Patent number: 8763292
Abstract: An improved wet floor caution sign where the two panels of the sign are attached along a pair of adjacent sidewalls rather than at the top of the panels where conventional wet floor sign panels are attached. As a result, the two panels are ninety (90) degrees to each other and are therefore much more stabile. In addition, the ninety (90) degrees panel configuration facilitates having four panels on which advertisements can be placed as opposed to only two panels as in conventional signs.

  • Patent number: 8689388
Abstract: A hand operated butterfly sponge mop or regular sponge mop with a unique disposable sponge assembly where the sponge is retained by ratchet teeth respectively engaging a notch on a pair of notched collars molded onto the sponge. The sponge is retained in a closed position against the lower surface of the main body by ratchet teeth engaged in notches of a respective notched collar to overcome a force of downward force compression springs. When the respective button attached to a respective tooth is pressed down to overcome a biasing spring force which caused the teeth to be engaged with the notches, the downward spring force of the force compression springs cause the sponge to move away from the main body so that the dirty sponge falls away into a trash receptacle without requiring a user to handle the dirty sponge.

  • Patent number: 8550284
Abstract: An apparatus which is used to very securely retain a disposable trash bag onto the upper interior circumference of the trash receptacle portion of a janitorial cart. It includes a retaining ring which is securely retained by spring force action against the upper interior rim of the trash receptacle. A trigger mechanism is used to lock the retaining ring in a raised condition over the upper interior circumference so that the open ends of a disposable trash bag are inserted between the retaining ring and the upper interior surface. The trigger mechanism is retained in place by engaging teeth which engage ratcheted receiving teeth. A pair of pushbuttons serve to release the trigger mechanisms so that the return spring force causes the retaining ring to move upwardly and release the entrapped disposable garbage bag.
