Patents Assigned to Worldwide Logistics Corporation
  • Patent number: 11949313
Abstract: A motor module has a bearing base, a stator, a rotor, a fixing base, and a circuit board. The bearing base, the stator, and the fixing base are sequentially and securely mounted to each other. The bearing base has a bearing base casing. The stator has a stator casing. The fixing base has a fixing base casing. Two end surfaces of the stator casing are respectively connected to an end surface of the bearing base casing and an end surface of the fixing base casing. The rotor is rotatably mounted in the stator, and is rotatably mounted through the bearing base. The circuit board is mounted in the fixing base and is electrically connected to the stator.

  • Publication number: 20230286757
Abstract: A logistics conveyer roller control system has a motor module, a driver module, a control module, and an HMI module. The driver module is electrically connected to the motor module. The driver module and the HMI module are electrically connected to the control module. The control module stores multiple control menus. The HMI module has a display unit to display the control menus. When the HMI module generates a selection signal, the control menu sets a corresponding control mode according to the selection signal, and controls the driver module to drive the motor module according to the control mode.

  • Patent number: 10944342
Abstract: A secure roller controller of a roller conveyor system for logistics services includes a monitoring circuit, a controller module and a driving circuit and is electrically connected to a motor. The monitoring circuit is electrically connected to the controller module and the driving circuit to receive a power signal from the driving circuit. The controller module is electrically connected to the driving circuit to receive the power signal and instruct the driving circuit to drive the motor for speed adjustment according to the power signal. When instantly detecting that the power signal is irregular, the monitoring circuit transmits an irregularity signal to the controller module for the controller module to instantly decelerate a rotation speed of the motor to a safe rotation speed through the driving circuit. Accordingly, burn-down of the motor and the secure roller controller can be avoided to enhance operational stability and safety.

  • Patent number: 10259657
Abstract: A dust cover has a base body and an outer cover. The base body is a cylinder and is made of an electrically conductive material. The base body has an axis, a bearing block, and an axial hole. The bearing block is located at an outer surface of the base body. The axial hole is formed axially through the base body. The outer cover is a circular disk and is made of an electrically non-conductive material. The outer cover has an axis, a first end, a second end, a cover body, and an axial hole. The first end of the outer cover is connected with the base body. The axis of the outer cover is the same as the axis of the base body. The axial hole is formed axially through the outer cover and communicates with the axial hole of the base body.

  • Patent number: 8042681
Abstract: A drive roller controller for accumulating conveyor system has a casing and a circuit board. The casing has a front face, two opposite sides and multiple openings respectively defined on opposite sides. The circuit board is mounted inside the casing and has at least a processor, a first and second communicating ports and an input device. The first and second communicating ports are respectively mounted inside openings on the opposite sides of the casing, so a wire is connected between the first and second communicating ports on opposite sides of the adjacent two drive roller controllers. Therefore, the wire is not easily protruded outside the accumulating conveyor unit, so the connection of wire and the drive roller controller is not easily disconnected.

  • Patent number: 7588135
Abstract: A roller mount for a roller of a conveyer has an axle, multiple holding panels, and a fastener. The holding panels are mounted around a connecting end of the axle, and each has a positioning hole and a securing hole. The positioning hole has a diameter larger than that of the connecting end of the axle. At least one pair of male-female combination is defined between each pair of adjacent holding panels. A distance between an uppermost one pair of the at least one male-female combination and the positioning hole in one of a corresponding pair of adjacent holding panels is different that between the uppermost pair of male-female combination and the positioning hole in the other of the pair of adjacent holding panels. The fastener is mounted through the aligning securing holes in the holding panels.
