Abstract: A punching die includes a mount. The mount includes an insert accommodated in the front end thereof. The insert includes the through hole of the punching die.
Abstract: A punching or riveting tool, includes a bow with a movable punch and a die. The movable punch and the die are guided in a guide that is decoupled from the bow. The guide may be a guide bracket that is divided into two parts and includes two halves that can be moved relative to one another. The two halves may be coupled to one another via a sliding fit. The die and/or the movable punch may be mounted in a pivotable and/or floating manner relative to a piston or to a counterholder connected to the bow via a clearance fit which comprises a recess and a component engaging in the recess.
Abstract: Hydraulic tool for driving a pulling and/or pressing device, comprising a drive shaft that can be mounted to a screwdriver, wherein the drive shaft is operable to drive a hydraulic pump that pumps hydraulic fluid into the operating chamber of a hydraulic power piston. The hydraulic tool may in particular be configured as a riveting or punching attachment for a cordless screwdriver.
Abstract: An edge-removing tool for sheet metal includes a head with a rotating cutting tool. The head has at least one guide for an edge. The head preferably includes a sleeve with the guide. The tool can be used to separate edges of an angled and/or welded sheet metal connection.

Abstract: A method for joining at least two components, in particular two sheet components of a vehicle body, by a flow-formed rivet sleeve is disclosed. The flow-formed rivet sleeve includes a cladding region, a first edge region, and a second edge region. A traction shaft including a base body and a head is introduced in the flow-formed rivet sleeve and the flow-formed rivet sleeve is inserted into respective through openings of the components. By a relative movement of the traction shaft to the flow-formed rivet sleeve, the flow-formed rivet sleeve is widened in the first edge region and is brought into contact with one of the components. The second edge region is bent towards the other component by a reshaping tool surrounding the traction shaft and is brought into contact with the other component.
