    Abstract: The inner lining for a tank holding an explosive and flammable liquid, such as gasoline, includes a gasoline-resistant inner envelope (6) and an intermediate layer (5) contacting it between the inner envelope and an interior wall of the tank. The intermediate layer (5) is air-permeable and electrically conductive. The inner envelope (6) has a diffusion-proof outer layer (6a) on its side facing the tank wall and an electrically conductive inner layer (6b) on its inside facing the interior of the tank.
