Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display device; the display panel realizes the connection between the connecting wire and the touch metal by allowing the connecting wire to be connected to the bonding line through a via hole, and makes a length of a part in which a projection of the connecting wire on the substrate overlaps with a projection of the bonding line on the substrate less than a length of the bonding line, so that the length of the overlapped portion of the connecting wire and the touch metal layer is reduced, thereby reducing parasitic capacitance and voltage drop, and alleviating the problem of large voltage drop of the touch layer.
