Abstract: A method for aligning and assembling a stereoscopic display and manufacturing equipment are provided. Using an alignment imaging device to search alignment marks at non-display regions of a display panel and a cylindrical lens sheet. Determining a center coordinate of the display panel, a center coordinate of the cylindrical lens sheet, and an angle offset of the display panel and the cylindrical lens sheet. Using the center coordinate of the display panel and the center coordinate of the cylindrical lens sheet to perform a central assembling and aligning for the display panel and the cylindrical lens sheet. Respectively rotating the display panel and the cylindrical lens sheet according to the angle offset in order to finish assembling and aligning of the display panel and the cylindrical lens sheet.
