    Abstract: A camera-based Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) diagnosis and treatment head modeling system is provided and includes a 3D scanner, a positioning cap, and a smart terminal, where the 3D scanner and the smart terminal are electrically connected. A modeling method for the head modeling system includes: acquiring 3D image data of the head of a patient by a camera from different directions, and integrating the image data to obtain complete 3D image data; and then mapping, in combination with MNI brain space coordinates, a skull model obtained by brain 3D scanning in an MNI space to 3D head model data of the patient to obtain a head model highly matching the real head of the patient.

    Abstract: A transcranial magnetic stimulation diagnostic and treatment device includes a horizontal translation platform, a base, an articulated robot, a TMS coil, a 3D camera, and a computer, where the base is provided with a controller, and the controller is respectively electrically connected to the horizontal translation platform, the articulated robot, the 3D camera, and the computer; the articulated robot and the horizontal translation platform are both provided above the base; a clamping part of the articulated robot clamps the TMS coil. The data of the head of a patient is acquired by the 3D camera, modeling is performed by the computer on the head of the patient, a position of a stimulation target on the head of the patient is determined, and the TMS coil is moved by the articulated robot to the stimulation target on the head of the patient to carry out magnetic stimulation treatment.

    Abstract: A Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) positioning and navigation method for TMS treatment comprises the steps of acquiring RGBD image data of a patient face to obtain stable RGBD image data and 3D point cloud image data; adopting a face detection algorithm for an RGBD image of the patient face to obtain patient face feature point information; spatially positioning the patient face to obtain 3D coordinate values in a camera space coordinate system; modeling a patient head, matching a spatial pose to determine a spatial pose of an actual stimulation site of a patient, and planning a movement path of a mechanical arm, to complete first positioning; saving spatial pose data of a magnetic stimulation point and movement path planning data of the mechanical arm in the first positioning, and during a next treatment, only needing to invoke the data saved during the first positioning to achieve one-key positioning.

A figure-eight coil is provided inside the coil housing, and the coil housing is provided with two waist-like bosses for limiting a position of the coil, eight mounting holes are formed on the coil housing, and an optical fiber holder is provided in each of the mounting holes for mounting an optical fiber probe, a silica gel sheet is provided inside the coil housing for limiting movement of the optical fiber holders, a lead-out of the coil passes through the bottom of the coil housing and is connected to a TMS instrument, and a signal end of the optical fiber probe is connected to a near-infrared brain function imager.
