Abstract: A fire grate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a burner and a water heater applying the fire grate are provided. The fire grate has a fire grate body, a flame stabilizer and a metal mesh. The fire grate body forms a ventilation channel. A dividing hole in communication with the ventilation channel is provided at a top portion of the fire grate body. The flame stabilizer is provided at the upper portion of the fire grate body. A cavity with a top surface as an opening is formed within the flame stabilizer. A gap is formed between a sidewall of the cavity and a surface of the fire grate body. The gap is in communication with the ventilation channel. The metal mesh is attached onto the fire grate body at a position corresponding to the dividing hole.

Abstract: A water tank assembly and a heating device are provided. The water tank assembly has a tank body, a main heat exchange pipe assembly and a condenser pipe assembly, and a heat exchange fin assembly. The tank body has a smoke inlet and a smoke outlet. The main heat exchange pipe assembly and the condenser pipe assembly are disposed in the tank body. The main heat exchange pipe assembly has a layer of heat exchange pipes closest to the smoke inlet as a first layer of heat exchange pipes. The heat exchange pipes of the first layer are in communication with each other to form a series of water passageway. The main heat exchange pipe assembly and the condenser pipe assembly at least partially pass through the heat exchange fin assembly.

Abstract: A premixing device for a water heater and the water heater having the same are provided. The premixing device for the water heater has a housing and a turning plate. A first airflow passage, a second airflow passage, a first gas passage and a second gas passage are formed in the housing. The turning plate is rotatably disposed on the housing to adjust an opening degree of the first gas passage and an opening degree of the first airflow passage. An air guide hole directly opposite to the first airflow passage is formed on the turning plate.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electric water heater, including a casing, an inner tank, a drain valve and a protection cover. The casing defines an opening. An inner tank is disposed in the casing and defines a drain outlet. A drain valve is mounted at the drain outlet and exposed from the opening. A protection cover is detachably fixed on the casing or the drain valve and covers the drain valve. The protection cover of the electric water heater according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be detached from the casing during the sewage discharge and fixed on the casing again after the sewage discharge. Because of the protection of the protection cover, the drain valve is no more exposed so as to avoid the potential safety risk. In addition, the protection cover may further improve the integrity and the aesthetics of the appearance of the casing.
