  • Patent number: 10319519
Abstract: The invention proposes a method of producing induction components each containing a coil, wherein the coils are wound on a wire-winding plate, containing a multiplicity of wire-winding stubs arranged in rows and columns, using a wire which is continuous for a plurality of coils. The template provided with the coils is then pressed in a molding press with ferromagnetic substrate powder, which embeds the coils. Once the template has been removed, the interiors of the coils are provided with substrate powder, and pressed, once again in a molding press. Electrical contact is then made with the connections and the block is divided up into individual induction components each containing a coil.

  • Patent number: 9761373
Abstract: The invention proposes a method of producing induction components. A plurality of coils are embedded, with predetermined orientation of the coil ends, in a block made of in particular pulverulent substrate. The block is positioned on a plate having a marking for each coil. The combination made up of block and plate is pressed. The winding ends are exposed by milling and provided with contacts. The block is then sawn up mechanically into individual elements each containing a coil.

  • Patent number: 9484143
Abstract: An induction component contains, in a housing, a coil, which has a coil core with two end surfaces and a coil winding. The housing consists of a housing base, in turn consisting of plastic, and a hood-like upper part connected thereto. A holder, in which the coil is held non-displaceably in the direction of its longitudinal axis, is arranged on the housing base. It is thus ensured that the air gaps to the right and left between the end surfaces of the coil core and the inner face of the housing upper part are constant.
