Abstract: The present invention is directed towards a personal care device. The personal care device comprises a flexible tubular body having an open end, a closed end, an inner surface, and an outer surface. The flexible tubular body is configured to at least partially cover a penis of a user, wherein the open end is configured to be positioned over a shaft of the penis and the closed end is configured to be positioned over a head of the penis, and the inner surface is configured to be contact with the penis. The personal care device also comprises an absorbent region disposed on the inner surface of the flexible tubular body such that the absorbent region is positioned on the shaft of the penis, the absorbent region has an absorbent material bonded with the inner surface.
