The sensors on the bottle create digital data associated with amount of fluid in the bottle and change thereof. The sensors remote from the bottle, which can be on an activity tracker, create digital data associated with an activity being performed by a user, such as running, or the absence of activity, such as remaining sedentary. A display on the bottle can indicate to the user the amount of fluid consumed or a reminder that fluid should be consumed.
