The electronic card module has a main function circuit unit configured by mounting various electronic components on a PCB substrate. The electronic card module is formed with the PCB module in one piece and includes an information provision unit which stores information including product fabrication information, maintenance information, and driving information, and which provides the information when a request is made from an external device.
