Abstract: A method for suppressing magnetizing inrush current of the transformer with flux linkage control includes connecting a small-capacity direct current/alternating current (DC/AC) converter with the secondary winding or auxiliary winding of transformer, detecting the primary side phase voltage before closing load, inducing the core flux linkage reference according to the relationship between the winding voltage and core flux linkage. The core flux linkage closed-loop PI control system is constructed to control the converter voltage in the synchronous coordinate, then the core flux linkage can track its reference with no static error, thus the sinusoidal flux linkage with 90-degree difference from the grid voltage can be pre-established in the core before no-load closing. By these methods, no matter when the main transformer closes, the core flux linkage is always in the steady state, and the magnetizing inrush current can be eliminated completely.

Abstract: Disclosed are modified expanded polystyrene (EPS) particles and a modification method thereof, and concrete containing the modified EPS particles and a preparation method thereof, relating to the technical field of inorganic building materials. The modification method of the EPS particles includes following steps: (1) spraying adhesive materials on surfaces of the EPS particles in a stirring state, and obtaining the EPS particles with the adhesive materials attached to the surfaces; and (2) mixing the EPS particles attached with the adhesive materials with inorganic mixed materials to obtain the modified EPS particles. The preparation method of modified EPS concrete includes: mixing the modified EPS particles with a cementitious material, adding an admixture and water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the modified EPS concrete.

Abstract: A broadband multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna with self-decoupling characteristics includes: a dielectric substrate, a metal patch printed on an upper surface of the dielectric substrate, and a pair of horizontal back-to-back elliptical tapered slots and a vertical elliptical tapered slot etched on the metal patch. A microstrip line and another bent micro strip line are respectively used to feed the vertical elliptical tapered slot and the pair of horizontal elliptical tapered slots, and characteristic modes of the horizontal slots excited by the bent microstrip line and characteristic modes of the vertical slot excited by the micro strip line are mutually orthogonal. By adopting the technical scheme, no additional decoupling structure needs to be introduced, and lower coupling can be realized in a wider working frequency band.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for forming a graphene film through horizontally tiling and self-assembling graphene, including: proportionally adding toluene and alcohol into a graphene aqueous solution to be fully and uniformly mixed; then pouring the mixture into a vacuum filtration device, wherein when a solution in a filter flask forms a layered solution system with upper and lower layers, graphene is confined at an interface and tiled horizontally under a shear force at the interface to allow (002) planes of graphene to gradually become parallel to the interface, and graphene to be self-assembled to form the graphene film; and activating the suction filtration device to remove the solution, to obtain a graphene film with the (002) planes parallel to each other at a microscopic level on a filter paper.

Abstract: A pre-alarming method, a control method, and a control system for a harmful flow pattern in an oil and gas pipeline-riser system are provided. Support vector machines are trained. Through at least three pressure difference signals on the pipeline-riser system, an overall flow pattern in the pipeline-riser system is continuously and rapidly identified. Depending on monitoring on formation of a long liquid slug in a seabed pipeline and a quick response of the mean value of each pressure difference signal on a flow rate change, pre-alarming for a liquid slug caused by different mechanisms is realized, and liquid slug formation positions respectively of seabed pipeline and riser bottom are correspondingly pre-alarmed; after a pre-alarm is issued, there is enough time for a control device to respond, so as to avoid formation of the harmful flow pattern or damages caused by the harmful flow pattern.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a computation device. The computation device is configured to perform a machine learning computation, and includes an operation unit, a controller unit, and a conversion unit. The storage unit is configured to obtain input data and a computation instruction. The controller unit is configured to extract and parse the computation instruction from the storage unit to obtain one or more operation instructions, and to send the one or more operation instructions and the input data to the operation unit. The operation unit is configured to perform operations on the input data according to one or more operation instructions to obtain a computation result of the computation instruction. In the examples of the present disclosure, the input data involved in machine learning computations is represented by fixed-point data, thereby improving the processing speed and efficiency of training operations.
Abstract: The disclosure provides a dispersion management method and apparatus based on non-periodic spectral phase jumps. Precise dispersion is provided by virtue of non-periodic spectral phase jumps, the dispersion can be tuned freely with engineering of the phase jump. A device based on non-periodic spectral phase jump also has a wide working bandwidth and could promote the development of ultrafast optics. The method includes: spatially separating a light pulse with different frequency components, and meanwhile, making the light pulse with the different frequency components propagate in parallel; enabling the light pulse with the different frequency components and propagating in parallel to be incident on a non-periodic phase jump device to obtain non-periodic spectral phase jumps, forming a phase grating effect to obtain two ±1-order diffracted pulses having opposite group delays, and introducing frequency dependent relative delay for the different spectral components in the two diffracted pulses.

Abstract: A silicon carbide-based micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) combined temperature-pressure sensor chip and a preparation thereof. The chip includes a peripheric pressure-measuring unit and a center temperature-measuring unit. The pressure-measuring unit includes a silicon carbide substrate with a raised island and a pressure sensitive diaphragm formed by etching the back of the substrate.
