The LED module is mounted on a first side of the light source plate to be electrically connected to the first connector and the second connector. The first wire passes through a first passage on the light source plate from a second side of the light source plate to the first side of the light source plate to engage the first connector. The second wire passes through a second passage of the light source plate from the second side of the light source plate to the first side of the light source plate to engage the second connector. The terminal housing encloses the first wire and the second wire.

The rectifier converts an alternating current power to a direct current power.
