The total area of the through holes accounts for 10˜80% of the total area of the perforated non-woven fabric; the opening of the through holes is flat with the surface of the perforated non-woven fabric; and the density of through holes on the perforated non-woven fabric is 3/cm2˜100/cm2. The fiber density at the edge of each through hole is similar to or the same as the fiber density in other areas of the perforated non-woven fabric. The fiber surrounds the through hole, and only the surface of the fiber is bonded to each other.

    Abstract: A nonwoven absorbent textile article for absorbing liquid includes a first fiber layer having perforated through holes with an area of 10-80% based on total area of the first fiber layer, having a thickness ranging from 0.2-2.0 mm, and having a contact angle with water that is larger than 70° to distribute liquid thereon; and a second fiber layer fixedly connected to the first fiber layer in a hot air through oven by heat bonding and having a contact angle with water that is less than 70° to absorb liquid distributed by the first fiber layer, wherein the first fiber layer includes fibers that are sheath/core fibers or an eccentric bi-component fibers, and wherein the first fiber layer has a basis weight of 5-40 g/m2 and the second fiber layer has a basis weight of 5-40 g/m2. Contact with the skin of a user has a dryer feel and provides comfort.

The perforated non-woven fabric is formed by overlapping three-dimensional funnel-shaped openings of two perforated non-woven fabric layers. An upper side of the second perforated non-woven fabric layer is adhered to a lower side of the recessed portion of the first perforated non-woven fabric layer. The overlapped three-dimensional funnel-shaped openings pass through the first perforated non-woven fabric layer and the second perforated non-woven fabric layer.
