    Abstract: A method for preparing perovskite nanopowder through a rheological phase reaction at low-temperature that can include: taking hydroxide and metallorganic compound as initial reactants; mixing and stirring the reaction raw materials to form a solid-liquid rheological phase mixture; and controlling the reaction temperature and period, under a low-temperature condition, to prepare perovskite nanopowder in nearly spherical shape and a size of 20-100 nm. This allows for advantages such as controllable product size, low cost, high yield per unit volume, environmental friendliness, high yield per unit volume, and high repeatability. The perovskite nanopowder obtained by this way is nearly spherical, are uniform in size distribution and have controllable granularity. This can be used as the ceramic substrate for electronic components such as high-end chip capacitors and PTC thermistors, etc., as well as the raw material for manufacturing ceramic 3D printing additives and electronic ceramic ink.

    Abstract: An isomerization feature-based method for purifying and preparing punicalagin is provided, wherein pomegranate peel extract is used as a raw material. The isomerization feature-based method avoids impurities contained in the punicalagin based on structural characteristics, for example, the punicalagin in the pomegranate peel extract has two mutually convertible isomers. In the isomerization feature-based method, a pilot-scale preparative liquid chromatography is used to obtain a large amount of the punicalagin having a purity higher than 98% from a complex pomegranate peel extract. The isomerization feature-based method is simple, an obtained punicalagin has high purities and a preparation is in a massive scale. The isomerization feature-based has a strong reference value for purification and preparation of compounds with isomerization features.

    Abstract: A nonlinear optical crystal of barium cesium borate, a preparation method and use thereof are provided. The nonlinear optical crystal has a chemical formula of CsBa3B11O20 and a molecular weight of 983.84. The nonlinear optical crystal is grown by a flux method. The nonlinear optical crystal of the barium cesium borate obtained is used for a manufacture of non-linear optical devices. The nonlinear optical crystal has a large size of centimeter-scale at least and is prepared by fast, simple and low-cost operations. The nonlinear optical crystal prepared has a large size, a wide light transmission band and good mechanical properties.

The laser damage threshold is 10 times that of the current commercial infrared nonlinear optical crystal AgGaS2. No crystalline water exists in lead oxychloride, and it is stable in the air and has good thermal stability.
