Abstract: This invention relates to metal composites and to metal-alloy composites. Metal-alloy composites of this invention comprise a metal alloy and layered inorganic nanostructures or nanoparticles such as nanotubes, nanoscrolls, spherical or quasi-spherical nanoparticles, nano-platelets or combinations thereof.
