  • Patent number: 8434622
Abstract: [Object] To protect a large-sized article or a large number of articles from impacts and vibrations applied thereto during transportation. [Solution Means] An article packaging unit includes a combination of an outer box 1 and a packaging mat 2. The outer box 1 is an openable and closable container for storing articles, and has a cushion 4 for supporting an article P inside. The packaging mat 2 is formed by filling cushioning bodies in an airtight bag, and attached to an inner lid 3 attached to the outer box 1. When the inside of the packaging mat 2 is deaerated, the cushioning bodies increase the filling density, solidify the packaging mat 2, and come into close contact with the surface of an article P stored in the outer box 1 and hold the article P at a fixed position.

Abstract: A packing mat has an outer layer sheet, an inner layer sheet, and beads. The outer layer sheet and the inner layer sheet are layered vertically and the peripheral edges are hermetically sealed. The beads are granular synthetic resin foamed bodies, and a large number of beads are filled between the outer layer sheet and the inner layer sheet. The outer layer sheet and the inner layer sheet become the mat having a fixed thickness by filling a layer of beads evenly. A check valve blocking a discharge of air during deaeration is attached to a surface of the outer layer sheet. The surface of the inner layer sheet is a surface to wrap the articles, and by folding the mat, the mat contacts with the articles from three directions, and by deaeration, the mat contracts and solidifies to support each article at three surfaces and hold at fixed positions.

  • Publication number: 20120187015
Abstract: [Object] To avoid uneven distribution of cushion beads filled as a buffer layer. [Solution Means] A packing mat includes an outer bag 1, an inner bag 2, and cushion beads 3. The outer bag 1 is an airtight bag, and has a check valve that opens when a suction force is applied when deaerating the inside of the outer bag, and after the deaeration, closes to block introduction of the outside air into the outer bag. The inner bag 2 is a stretchable air-permeable bag, and has junction points 5 at which the upper and lower sheet surfaces are joined integrally in minute ranges at regular intervals across the entire upper and lower sheet surfaces of the inner bag 2. The cushion beads 3 are granular bodies having shock-absorbing characteristics, and a fixed amount of the cushion beads are filled in the inner bag 2 and substantially confined in sections each of which connects several junction points 5.

  • Patent number: 8016112
Abstract: To stably hold and pack a thin card-shaped article. A packing implement for article transportation includes a board 1 and a holding sheet 2. The board 1 is sectioned into a base 3 and a cover 4, and the cover 4 has a window hole 5, and the holding sheet 2 is stuck over the window hole 5. On the base 3, an article M is placed, and the cover 4 is folded double over the article, and further, the base 3 and the cover 4 are folded integrally along opening edges of the window hole 5 to build up a three-dimensional packing implement. By folding the base 3 and the cover 4, the holding sheet 2 facing the inside of the window hole 5 is tensioned, and the article M is pressed down by the holding sheet 2 and held at a fixed position on the base 3. The packing implement 8 packing the article M is housed as it is in an outer case 9.

  • Patent number: 7918339
Abstract: To provide a packing implement for goods transportation that facilitates packing of an article to be transported, and has a baseboard 6 and a holding sheet 7. The baseboard 6 is a board for supporting an article 1 at a fixed position, has upward and downward fold-back parts at both ends and both side parts, and is formed, at a junction point where lines for bend marked for folding back join, with a polygonal opening 15 having its vertices at the positions of lines for bend. The opening 15 serves as a starting point when folding back to prevent the fold-back parts from deviating from preset lines for bend, and after folding back, eliminates pointing of a part projected to the side to prevent an outer casing 3 from damage. The holding sheet 7 is tensed by bend of the baseboard 6 to press the article 1 to the baseboard 6, prevents the article 1 from slipping and holds it at the fixed position.

  • Patent number: 7770734
Abstract: To provide a packing implement for goods transportation that facilitates packing in the transportation of the goods and is a combination of a baseboard and a holding sheet. The baseboard is a rectangular board for supporting an article to be transported at a fixed position, and has rising parts, falling parts and shape retaining parts. The rising parts are folded back upward from both end edges of a short side of the baseboard, the falling parts are folded back downward from both side edges of a long side of the baseboard, respectively, the falling part is constituted by a leg part orthogonal to the baseboard and a bottom part which is bent parallel with the baseboard, and a buffer space corresponding to a rising height of the leg part of the falling part is formed by the leg part bent so as to be orthogonal to the baseboard and the bottom part bent parallel with the baseboard.
