The device includes an arithmetic unit adapted for sampling the data indicative of the component forces and moments and the datum indicative of the angle of rotation at a predetermined interval and storing the same for future use after transforming into the axial components belonging to an orthogonal co-ordinate system fixed to the body of vehicle. This device has such a unique advantage that the load cell structure can be attached directly to a real vehicle without any troublesome modification or re-construction in its parts such as wheel shaft, brake drum and likes, thereby enabling real vehicle driving test.
