  • Publication number: 20180142774
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a transmission convertible to various specifications while ensuring compatibility of housing. It is further an object of the present invention to provide a transmission that can restrain vibration of a hydraulic unit, and that can downsize the housing. As a solution to the problem, a transmission (3) includes: a hydraulic unit which operates with a working fluid; an input shaft (312, 372) configured to transmit rotary power to the hydraulic unit; an output shaft (313, 373) configured to transmit rotary power from the hydraulic unit; and a housing (7) configured to accommodate the hydraulic unit, the input shaft (312, 372), and the output shaft (313, 373), wherein the transmission is capable of selecting a continuously variable transmission (311) or a connection/disconnection device (371) as the hydraulic unit.

  • Publication number: 20170045009
Abstract: In a work vehicle according to the present invention, a control device calculates, for each of a plurality of speed-changing stages in a PTO transmission, an expected maximum rotational speed of PTO rotary power that is output from the PTO shaft when an engine rotational speed changing operation member is operated to a maximum extent, and shows, in a listed manner, the calculated results in a liquid crystal display part of a display device. The present invention can inform an operator of the maximum rotational speed of PTO rotary power that is output from the PTO shaft for each speed-changing stage in the PTO transmission without performing a speed changing operation on the PTO transmission.

  • Publication number: 20110036075
Abstract: Provided is a gas engine wherein NOx concentration in exhaust gas can be maintained properly regardless of fuel gas composition. A gas engine (101) comprises a fuel gas supply regulation valve (45) for regulating fuel gas supply, an engine speed sensor (71) for detecting engine speed, an engine torque sensor (72) for detecting engine load, and a controller (50) for calculating a proper fuel gas supply and regulating the fuel gas supply regulation means to ensure the proper fuel gas supply thus calculated, wherein the controller (50), calculates the temperature difference of a combustion chamber in the combustion stroke of one combustion cycle by recognizing at least the engine speed and engine load and calculates the NOx concentration in exhaust gas based on the temperature difference, calculates a proper fuel gas supply based on the NOx concentration and regulates the fuel gas supply regulation valve (45) to ensure the proper fuel gas supply.

  • Publication number: 20070295025
Abstract: An engine heat pump whose compression work is reduced without increase of consumed electric power, thereby improving its driving efficiency (energy efficiency). An engine heat pump comprises: an engine; a main compressor driven by the engine; a sub compressor delivering a refrigerant to be joined to a refrigerant delivered from the main compressor; an indoor heat exchanger; an outdoor heat exchanger; an expansion valve for the indoor heat exchanger; an expansion valve for the outdoor heat exchanger; and a supercooling heat exchanger disposed on a liquid refrigerant passage (main passage) of a connection passage between the indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger. In the supercooling heat exchanger, a supercooling liquid refrigerant branched into a branching passage supercools a liquid refrigerant before being branched. The sub compressor is driven by the engine so as to compress the supercooling liquid refrigerant.

  • Patent number: 6634990
Abstract: A speed change mechanism (1) constructed by connecting in tandem a hydraulic type speed change unit (17) having a plurality of hydraulic clutches (57, 58, 59) to be alternatively engaged and a hydraulic type speed change unit (20) having a plurality of hydraulic clutches (66, 67, 68) to be alternatively engaged, wherein a time-varying region (common slip region) is secured in which the two clutches slip in common such that during speed change, when the working hydraulic pressure in a clutch to be engaged is on its way to gradual increase, the working hydraulic pressure in a clutch to be disengaged lowers. This common slip region is made smaller during shift-down than during shift-up by a change in time-difference between the pressure increase start time for the clutch to be engaged and the pressure decrease start time for the clutch to be disengaged or by a change in the pressure decrease property of the clutch to be disengaged.
