The top seat and the bottom seat are jointly equipped with a film mounting unit and a film dispensing unit. The film dispensing unit includes a first roller and a second roller. The first roller and the second roller have a strip hole. The strip hole is located between the first roller and the second roller. Through the strip hole of the first roller and the second roller, the front end of a film can pass through the strip hole between the first roller and the second roller easily and quickly, and the film is pulled out along the direction of the first roller, thereby achieving the effect of easy and convenient installation of the film.

Abstract: A chopping machine includes a driving unit, a cutting unit, and a conveying unit. The cutting unit has a blade shaft and an immovable blade seat. The blade shaft has a plurality of movable blades. One side of the immovable blade seat is connected with an immovable blade. The conveying unit has a feeding member. Thereby, by putting a material into the feeding member, the driving unit drives the cutting unit and links the conveying unit to run. The material is chopped by the movable blades and the immovable blade, so as to improve the safety in use and reduce the situation that the material is jammed or nipped in the feeding process, and the purpose of labor-saving and fast operation is achieved.

Abstract: A scarf-joint structure for the paper tube of a film dispenser is mounted in a film dispenser, which includes a frame connected with a film installation unit and an adjustment unit. The film installation unit is installed with a film roll and consists of a first positioning member and a second positioning member. The adjustment unit is formed with an operating part and a connecting part, and the operating part is connected with an adjusting member, which is threadably fixed with a screw fastener and further, an elastic member is mounted between the operating part and the connecting part. Thus, the film roll, the first positioning member and a second positioning member can be rotated synchronously, able to prevent the film roll from running idle, causing dislocation and falling off.

Abstract: A protective tape dispenser includes a mounting unit, a handle, a guide unit and a cutting unit. The guide unit has a tape pressing member and a turning member. The tape pressing member is located between the mounting unit and the turning member. The cutting unit includes an operation member and a fixing seat. One side of the fixing seat is provided with a blade holder. The tape pressing member and the turning member are configured to increase the tension of the protective tape and facilitate cutting. By pressing the operation member, the operation member drives a linking member to actuate the blade holder so as to extend or retract a blade, thereby increasing the smoothness of operation and achieving the purposes of labor-saving operation and easy force application.

Abstract: A tape dispenser includes a support, a tape-mounting member which is mounted rotatably on the support to hold a tape reel thereon, and a positioning roller which is mounted on the support and which is spaced apart from the tape-mounting member for holding the stripped portion of the tape on the tape reel. A contact roller is mounted movably on the support adjacent to the tape-mounting member for rotation about an axis parallel to that of the tape-mounting member. The contact roller is adjustable in distance from the tape-mounting member so as to contact constantly the surface of the unstripped portion of the tape on the tape reel, and to permit the stripped portion to be transferred from the unstripped portion to the contact roller as soon as the stripped portion leaves the unstripped portion.

The blade protecting shield has a frontward edge, a rearward edge opposite to the frontward edge, a projection with two opposed end portions which extend integrally and rearwardly from the rearward edge, and a pair of spaced pivot blocks which extend rearwardly from the rearward edge and which are respectively on two sides of the projection such that a clearance is formed between each of the pivot blocks and a respective one of the opposed end portions of the projection. Each of the pivot blocks has a recess to receive a respective one of the pivot shafts and is pivotable relative to the connecting plates between a first position, wherein the front edge of the blade protecting shield uncovers the blade, and a second position, wherein the blade protecting shield covers the blade.
