    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a system for bug localization based on a code knowledge graph, including the steps of: extracting source codes from a Git version control system, parsing in the source codes to generate an abstract syntax tree (AST), constructing a code knowledge graph, preprocessing the summary and description of a bug report crawled from a Bugzilla bug tracking system, and performing the named entity recognition to identify bug-related entity sequence, converting the code knowledge graph and the bug-related entity sequence into vector representation through an embedding algorithm, calculating cosine similarities of vector representations between the code knowledge graph and the bug entity sequence, ranking the similarities from high to low to generate a list of suspicious methods, filtering redundant information in the source codes, identifying bug-related entity elements in the bug report, and reserving the bug-related information.

    Abstract: An indirect selective breeding method of high-collagen meat geese includes : (1) obtaining a curve equation y=0.017x+0.026; (2) rearing goslings to young geese; (3) measuring the length, width, and height values of the knobs of the geese, and calculating to give the collagen content according to the curve equation obtained in step (1); (4) sorting the geese in descending order according to the collagen content and keeping the geese with collagen content ranked top 50% as breeding geese; (5) after the geese lay eggs, hatching the goose eggs into goslings; and (6) repeating steps (2)-(5) for selective breeding over generations. The indirect selective breeding method is simple and easy to implement. A new strain of meat geese with high collagen content can be obtained from selective breeding simply by measuring the length, width, and height of the knobs of geese of each generation.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an intelligent illumination seedling incubator for sorghum culture. The incubator comprises an incubator body and a culture component. At least one installation opening is formed in the forward side of the incubator body. The culture component comprises culture trays and a vertically arranged connecting shaft which is connected to the incubator body. A plurality of non-circular support pillars are arranged on the connecting shaft at intervals in the height direction. The culture trays are installed in the incubator body through the installation opening. A clamping opening is formed in the culture tray. A connecting sink with the same shape as the support pillar is formed in the downward end of the culture tray inside the clamping opening. After the culture tray is clamped into the connecting shaft through the clamping opening, the culture tray is exactly inserted on the support pillar through the connecting sink.

    Abstract: A generic inert bio-vector Salmonella sp. S9H and potential uses thereof are provided. The generic inert bio-vector Salmonella sp. S9H is derived from a continuous in-vitro culture of an inert bio-vector bacterium Salmonella sp. S9 by using LB solid and liquid culture media for passage to the fortieth generation.     Abstract: Provided is a recombinant H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus, a marked vaccine and a preparation method thereof. For the recombinant H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus, a strain JD/17 of H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus is used as parent virus and a peptide sequence in HA protein of the strain JD/17 is replaced with a peptide sequence in HA protein of H3 subtype; the strain JD/17 of H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus has a preservation number of CCTCC No. V201862. The results of HA titers, EID50, TCID50 show that the rescued virus maintains similar biological characteristics of parent virus, such as high HA titers and EID50, and chickens immunized with the marked inactivated and emulsified vaccine produce a high level of antibody, and this antibody can be distinguished from antibodies produced by chickens naturally infected with H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus.
